The onboarding process is janked; less than 5 the vacuum cleaners shared amongst hundreds of accommodations; online pay portals non-functional; expensive rent (at least $800-900/month, discounted price) ; constant noise disruptions from excessively frequent maintenance
If you are international student either from India or Asia pacific region, I would suggest you to please look for off campus accommodation. Whole accommodation team from managers to staff are racist and you can feel racism but they just need your money. Be wise! Choose Off-campus!
Revolting and dirty. Fellow residents constantly leave their food and unwashed dishes in the kitchen. The floor is sticky due to spilt drinks. Complaints to office are not addressed. As a consequence our daughter comes home every weekend and has had an appalling first year on residence.
