Access Rehabilitation Equipment

I used to recommend this company to all and sundry, but this year something there has changed. After sales service is now absolutely appalling, the “girls” in the sales area don’t have a clue. They used to be good but now they take ages to do anything from quotes to repairs, terrible communication and get things so wrong. No longer recommend unless you have nowhere else to go

ARE are great to deal with. They have always been honest and have never gouged with their prices that I'm aware of. This is about as high praise as you can give any provider in this NDIS era.

Hi guys have l got some news for any of you in our shire in need of anything to do with any aids or mobility devices. We all want to be treated with respect when we enter a business as a prospective purchaser, well when l had the need to aquire a mobility scooter, and went to Access Rehabilitation, l was met with a smile and can l help you in any way, which l answered yes l looking for a scooter. This lovely lady imediately enquired as to size and my needs and l tried any number of scooters and her assistance in all aspects with each scooter was so informative and helpful that she made a dificult choice so much easier than if l had to decide by my self, he knowledge was an asset that o lot of places lack in. Anyway l made my decision and left it in her most capable hands, and thanked her for the pleasant experience, which parting with 7k you usually dont use the word pleasant, its usually a stressing feeling. I have no hesitation in telling you that this is a business that listen to you and treat you respectfully and as a valued customer, V. I. P.for short. I recvommend Access Rehabilitation to all who are seeking thier products. Your losal guide Stuart

Very good service. Staff delivered my knee scooter to my house, & ensured it was set up correctly. Asked to get it a basket for it; Unavailable, so they happily swapped for a different model. Parking was also excellent.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a part for my lift chair and still no joy. The first excuse was they didn't have our phone number, then it was christmas holidays, then they ordered the wrong part.still waiting. Don't like complaining but this is ridiculous.

NEVER HAVE I EVER come across "girls" in customer service who had such terrible phone manners! I have dealt with this company 3 or 4 times expecting a different result but these girls never let me down or they do should I say. This is what disability services are like in this state onya Lauren and Emily! Pretend you are actually getting paid to answer the phone nicely and provide actual customer service (look it up), oh wait you are!

I just thought I’d drop you a message and let you know how much the sports med Pro has helped me regain some of my mobility it really works well for my pain. So I really appreciate that thank you for your help.
