Had the Bonaire technician come out yesterday. He was on time and went through with him the problems. He was very attentive, listened and solved the problem.

I would recommend this service without hesitation.

I just got an old evaporative cooler replaced in my rental property. Daryl from Bonnaire helped me thru the installation process and pricing. There are not the cheapest but backed by a reputable company. It was installed within a week. Unit is operating well.

Had one of the best experiences with these guys, and highly recommned to anyone. Massive shout out to Terry who came to fix out cooling system and worked with his manager to get it fixed under warranty, which was a massive relief for us just before Christmas. Thanks guys and it was really nice for you to put the extra effort to fix our cooling.

The service call was quick, the guy - Nick - focused in on the problem quickly, great troubleshooting skills, and fixed the problem causing the issue. Very happy, now to see how it goes over Christmas.

I just wanted to mention, The great service received from making the call to completion of work, was an experience that i am yet to receive and further more coming all the way out to Taylors Hill. The Technician explained and also gave me Honest advise and made phone calls back to the office to ensure all was good and the pricing.

Accel Air really came through for me as I had a broken split system unit that needed to be replaced ASAP. Darryl and his team went out of their way to get this done and had it all organised and installed within a week or so, including having a technician come out to the property to do pre-inspection. They provide a detailed quote for their services and they are licensed under the Victorian Building Authority. Highly recommend Accel Air if you have heating and cooling needs.
