Had a problem with my hot water line and taps a few months ago, a plumber named Chris came to my house. Everything has been working great ever since, very polite and professional and was able to explain the problem and solution to me clearly. Will be using again. Thanks A & C

Overcharged and under delivered. Had these guys remove a gas heater and they lazily terminated the gas in the wrong spot. Had to hire someone else to repair their work

I've known and used the services of Mark Arceri & his business A&C plumbing since around 2006 when I moved to North Melbourne. When I needed renovations done on my apartment, he was the first person I contacted.

I needed someone I could trust, and he knew the apartments better than I did. He offered to take care of the whole renovation, where I let him know that my budget was around 50k.
I asked him who the builder would be for the renovation. He told me not to "open up that can of worms".

It's a shame that Mark thinks that doing work legally - that is, having a builder responsible for renovations over 16k - is opening a can of worms. I wish him well in his illegal work.

Used this service in the past, called to rebook, got told he’d never worked at my place. Flat out rude to me. 5 star down to 1.

Had a blocked drain on my rental property and at short notice Mark and his team were able to work in with other contractors onsite and get the job done along with keeping me updated on progress and options.

Every aspect of our dealings with Mark and his team, including Fran in the office, were very professional. Calls were answered promptly, visits were punctual and he gave us clear advice and information about the work to be done. The sewer replacement became complicated because of rocks and shale, and took longer than originally expected, but Mark made sure the work was completed in a timely manner, and kept us informed about the extra work required and additional costs, so we felt informed and involved throughout the process. We were so glad we had chosen A&C Plumbing.

Mark and his team we’re great from start to finish. He called when he said he would, their price was spot on. He even followed up with a call when the job was done. Will use them again.

Needed a plumber at the last minute and they came through. Still charged normal & standard rates despite realising I was desperate after a plumber pulled out of a kitchen renovation.

We needed an emergency service call for our hot water service. Works were conducted quickly and reasonably priced. We were told the system would need to be replaced soon. When the time came to replace it, we were provided with clear options and costs explained. The installation of the new system was extremely prompt and efficiently performed. We would highly recommend!
