Tom from Absolute Home Improvements came out to quote me for gutter repairs but ended up identifying various other problem areas that needed to be addressed first. These areas were supposedly fixed by another roofing company last month. He then offered me advice on what areas needed to be rectified first before establishing if my gutter really needed to be fixed. I really appreciated his honesty and help.
