We had the family with us for the appointment and he made the kids welcome and comfortable (lounge, TV, water) as we discussed the different watch options. Gave excellent advice around value trends including newer vs older condition relative to intended pattern of use and the effect of these on value over short, medium, and longer term. Provided ABN and used goods license numbers upon request. Overall walked away very confident and assured. He also honored a discounted price from weeks earlier.
