Not to mention they always try to fit you in even when they are so busy. It's great to see how About Auto go above and beyond for their customer

Excellent work done by the About Auto Team @ Hampton Park on my Xtrail and Outlander. They took care of our Electrical and Mechanical issues without a hesitation and all work done to perfection. Fantastic all round knowledge, excellent problem solving mechanical skills and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended and I took forward to your continued service for years to come.

Had to replace both of my low beam globes at short notice, Lachy fitted me in 10 minutes after I called him and I was on the road again within half an hour. Friendly, helpful and they even made small talk with my four-year-old, who was asking them lots of questions Would definitely come back for any Auto Electrical needs or car servicing.

They re-gassed the air conditioning after they could not find a leak. Twelve months later I go back and they search again for a leak. They realise that it must be behind the dashboard a big job to remove. So they re-gassed the unit free of charge saying I can book to get the dashboard removed

Electrical problems with 2004 holden cruze sorted out in1day. Very happy with service will be using again.

It's refreshing to have your vehicle looked at by a knowledgeable, open and professional mechanic who actually cares about their customers. We had our Ford Explorer towed to his shop, we were told there was an electrical issue with our vehicle by another mechanic who did not specialise in auto electrical issues so we had About Auto Mechanic take a look. Even though the outcome wasn't the greatest because our vehicle is so old, we truly appreciated the professional, honest and sound knowledge we were given about our vehicle. Thank you for all your advice and help when it came to our vehicle. Definitely a business we will be using again in the future. For the first time in Melbourne I've found a mechanic i can trust and would 100% recommend great service and very professional, prompt fix and he squeezed us in so I could have my ute fixed asap thanks for fixing my beast and allowing myself and my dingo the freedom we need to roam.

Recently, my RAV4 was serviced at Toyota Service in Cranbourne who had in capable Mechanics of doing a improper servicing and when I rang them up, I was told that they just refilled the oil and replaced the filter, but not touched anywhere in the engine and gave me a time to bring the vehicle on Wednesday to look for the problem and gave a printout that there are multiple problems and may take long hours to trace the fault. (serviced on Friday, the previous week)
I later figured it out that this servicing team has some inefficient people who have no technical knowledge as they gave me a reason that I would have filled wrong quality fuel.
I later wanted to look for a proper mechanic and found the person, that's Jordan who at the first instant looked at the problem, the moment the bonnet was opened.
Spot on, he looked for the culprit and that was the air filter unit which the mechanic at the Toyota servicing, Cranbourne had removed out and haven't fitted back.
I recommend highly whoever like to service their vehicle should go to "ABOUT AUTO AND MECHANIC AND ELECTRIC" located in Hampton Park, Victoria.
My RAV4 is excellent and running without that issue since then.

I gave them a week to get the bits and pieces ready for my car and they did it in a day. Amazing service and really friendly staff. I highly highly recommend this place - edit - the car I was fixing was a Dodge Caliber so a car with harder to get pieces -

Over the last 10 years they have serviced my car and I highly recommend them. They provide an excellent service of the highest standard at a reasonable price and are very honest if any additional repairs have to be carried out. They are fantastic people deal with.

I have used About Auto many times over the past 2-3 years both on my small car and my 4wd. They have always worked so swiftly and professionally. Rob and the boys are so knowledgable and helpful. Robyn in the office is always so welcoming.

Not good service.me and my wife spent over $2500 for both cars to be fully serviced in August 2020 3months ago. Now both cars are leaking alot of engine oil from below.also i had to return my car the next morning due to a big Noise coming from the heater which he denied being responsible for. We wont go back again in the future.
