This review was long overdue,
I have overstayed my student visa to Australia for around 8 years, which i still regret to this very day.
However, on late 2019 I was arrested by the cops on a traffic stop and deported by the border force, with a 3 year ban on my entry to Australia.

While in detention, I’ve contacted several lawyers and especially I’ve contacted a popular firm at Sydney I felt like they were trying take advantage of my situation than anything, and couldn’t really provide any information other than what I already know!

I was in a genuine relationship at that time and we were both worried and thought everything was ruined because of my actions literally thrown me out of the continent.

While Being locked up with all the stress of being in that situation it was difficult to figure out who is right and who is wrong and how to get help.

Long story short,

After launching the my application within 6-7 months if I recall it right it was granted, now I hold a temporary resident visa and which will change into a permanent resident visa in about a year and a bit.
