As a younger person with mobility needs, I was really apprehensive to speak to anyone regarding my physical limitations. Speaking to Anna today was amazing! She asked all the right questions to make sure the product selected was right for me, and was really gentle and friendly so not once did my anxiety get in the way of that quick consultation.

Their pricing is great for this type of niche, and they have a great selection of mobility and living aids!

She also is quite fluent in Chinese! Should that be relevant for anyone, I got to watch her help a customer who was struggling in English and oh my goodness it was beautiful!
