Very overpriced food and wine. $36 for a plate of bread and dips?
Nice view of vineyards but didn’t have that winery feel.
Lots of better places to wine and dine elsewhere in Red Hill - wouldn’t come back here.

Food was amazing, view spectacular, customer service wow, 3 of us shared the seafood platter for 2, so much food could not finish it, food was amazing.
Highly recommend will diffenataly be back.

Outstanding good old fashioned Greek hospitality and amazing food! 2019 Pinot Noir is delicious. Abelli Estate is well worth the short drive into the hills if you are in the Mornington area!

While driving past, we wanted to pop in and have a glass of red on the balcony which had numerous tables available. As we entered was met by a very rude woman who ask immediately if we had a booking. We said no and she said she couldn’t help us. We said we just wanted a wine outside. She huffed and said she sort something. We sat outside for 10mins without anyone giving us a menu. Pretty appalling treatment and won’t be recommending to friends. As we left we could hear her arguing in the kitchen with a man. What a mess.

The moment I walked into Abelli Estate i was greeted with such a warm and welcoming smile from the owner that it just made my day. The food was delicious and fresh, I really felt like I had just been to Greece and back. Highly recommend and of course the views are out of this world

We just left the 3 of us, the food and service was wonderful the scenery is amazing to one of the best places in the Mornington peninsula. Try the lobster tails absolutely brilliant.

2 friends and I visited Abelli this Saturday, it was absolutely incredible! Incredible service and attention to detail. Food was DELICIOUS? We bought a bottle of the Moscato and enjoyed the Greek Tapas platter for 2-3 and it was the perfect amount! Highly recommend. 11/10.

Cant wait to get back there. Generous portions and very tasty and traditional food. Nice view from the deck and the drive up there is a treat in itself.

Not sure what to say. When we walked in and asked for a tasting the gentleman working laughed and said “haha no chance mate, we’re too busy til 3: 30”.

10/10 service we could not speak more highly of the venue and experience and the warm welcome and service we received from the staff especially Christos and Tam. Food and drinks were fantastic! We will be back

Expensive for your typical Greek menu. Meat skewers, dips, pita, grilled seafood etc. $40 for two skewers, and typical trimmings. But quality was good and kitchen was quick.

However, as much as we enjoyed the food and views, management and front end of staff is not worthy of the $40 price tag on Greek street food.

Firstly, though food came out early for us, we noticed that table behind us got pretty cheesed off that their food came later than ours even though they ordered before we arrived. So much so, they left before we finished our food and didn’t finish.

The service was the poorest service I have experienced, seemed to be run by an owner sort type with no actual service experience. We sat for 20 minutes after our main meal watching their movements. 3 front of staff- one hired staff and two (older lady and gentleman). Hired staff was composed but could only do so much. The restaurant had not been designated to areas so no one knew who was taking care which tables. The older lady and older man though intentions may be good are not capable to run front of house. It took us 3 times, each time to different service staff to inform them that we have finished our mains and to please clear. Very obviously so we could have dessert. But each time, the clearing of plates was done incompletely. For example, The older lady would clear glasses, then proceeded to clear other finished tables glasses and then never came back to us. After that I again called for service from the older gentleman who seemed to run place. He cleared one portion of plates with a lighter in hand then said he’ll get someone to take dessert orders, never came back! Never told anyone else to take our orders and then proceeded to make himself a drink at the bar! By the time we notified the third staff and told her what happened, she was apologetic but it had completely ruined our meal. So we left.

As she walked us out to pay, and also walking the dirty dishes to the cleaning area which is next to the reception, she told the older lady about it and she had bad-mouthed us and we heard everything.

I then texted the establishment (only mobile) feedback and did not receive a reply.

Basically, overpriced meat platters with service from your typical fish and chip shop owners. Literally, when you pay, your tab is counted on paper. So make sure they write the proper numbers because they overcharged us. In fact, you might get better service from your local fish and chip shop.

Get experienced people to run front of house!

My friends and I came here on a winery tour and absolutely loved our time here. We had lunch here, food was amazing and everything was provided in abundance. The view is incredible, staff is courteous and attentive, no ask was too much. Highly recommend. Would give more stars if we could

Stopped here for lunch today and absolutely appalled by the owners behavior. A young couple came in and sat down, looked at the menu and decided to leave. Because they just left and didn’t inform the owner, he started to shout at them for having no respect and continued to shout at them, in front of everyone, even when the guy came back to apologize for leaving without saying that they were going. It really turned us off the lovely family lunch we were having, and I hated my children seeing this type of behavior in action - this is not okay. I won’t be back.

Low quality, unimaginative and expensive Greek food. $60 per person for tough, dry lamb. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are poor even though the owner/manager said they were the best in Victoria. Loud, annoying music and tasteless decor. Incredible views.

Thanks for a lovely Celebration of Steve's Birthday yesterday. We were made so welcome with having a Gift Voucher. Lovely staff and food, it made Steve's day.
