Robert Nelson Funerals was outstanding to deal with from the moment I first made contact with them. This was the first time I have had to arrange a funeral, and given it was for my Father, it was an emotional time. Robert's calm and supportive nature made the whole process a positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went over and above to ensure all our needs were met. The boutique nature of his business was also far more personal than dealing with some of the larger companies and made it a really calm and somewhat uplifting experience knowing my father was in such capable and trustworthy hands. Every aspect of my Father's funeral service was perfect and so many people have commented on the wonderful celebrant that Robert arranged for us, and the incredible photo tribute that he put together. I cannot speak highly enough of Robert and his team.

It was Christmas day, 2021 when my family received the news that our loved one had passed. As difficult as it was to receive such news at that time of the year, the moment I picked up the phone to make the necessary arrangements with Robert from ABC Cremations, I felt like I could breathe a huge sigh of relief.
Robert made the whole process effortless and stress free. Everything was taken care of for us. Robert even applied for the death certificate and delivered our loved ones ashes to our home, in the beautiful urn we selected from the ABC Cremations website.
