In my opinion every single child should experience this method of teaching maths.it converts abstract maths concept into sensory game, suitable for young kids.my daughter is with special needs, abstract concept is simply beyond her, and we nearly gave up on teaching her any maths concept.a year and a half with this school, she could perform 3 digits division in her head, understand negative number, and knows how to deal with decimal places.we went to a second hand book shop, bought nearly 40 books, at the counter, the shop owner read out the price of each book while pressing the calculator, after finished all books, before the shop owner could read out the number on the calculator, my daughter spoke out the total price, which is definitely matching to the number shown on the screen of the calculator.this skillset will stay with her forever, maths is like bike, once you know how to ride, you never forget.we are currently on level 4 and definitely will keep going.the teachers are so responsible, once my daughter could not master the new method during her class time, half an hour after her class, i received a text message from the principal, asked me if i would like to have another 20 - 30 minutes with the teacher tomorrow, just to go through the method again, and right next day, we have class with the teacher again, specifically focused on going through that new method.the teacher explained again, did practice with her, and asked her to do something practice, making sure she really understood.all free of charge and all so sincere.the feeling of knowing that your child is in good hands, is so reassuring.and above all, my daughter is happy, you should see her face when she did the division correctly, such a joy to watch.
