I went to them with a project that needed a less than 24 hr turn around and they went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. The care they showed while completing my requests regardless of how rushed they felt is a TRUE testament to their commitment to their craft, and their customers. Terrible. They ruined my painting. It was a delicate Chinese paper. These people doesn't know how to handle this kind of painting.
