It pays to use local trades. Rory arrived on time as advised, reset and serviced our non operating garage door. After discussing the noisy old B&D motor and chain drive we decided to go ahead with a new Merlin motor and belt drive unit. This was done on the spot and now operates smoothly, quietly and faster. Our tilt door motor died on Saturday, called a local company on the Peninsula on the Monday, was told there were very busy and would let us know ASAP. Tuesday still no call back, called up to advise if the technician would be coming Wednesday, and was told sorry can not do he is fully booked and would be able to be there a week later. Super frustrating, called Aidan on Tuesday morning, he booked me in the next morning with no hesitation. The unit was installed professionally, and the technician was wonderful, polite and very efficient. 10/10 for Aidan and his team, i could only wish if all trades could be so professional. Life Savers our door got stuck not only did they respond after hours but really helped us out. Our Door is working better than ever and the service was second to none.

Very disappointed with response to call for assistance with door which was stuck up. Not being able to close it was a security issue for me. Have not heard back from Aidan to my two calls for help. I would not recommend their product, although installation was OK at the time. The materials in the door (roller and track) don't seem to be as strong as my previous door.

We needed a new garage roller door and a new motor fitted. We received prompt and great service, on time, no fuss or bother and all done with a smile! Thanks guys we love your service)

Excellent service.called in the morning and the garage door was fixed in the afternoon. Was offered a cheaper fix to see if that worked but I chose to replace the motor and control board considering they were over 19 years old. I would recommend A & B Doors based on the friendly and professional service.
