Bought a shed to turn into a studio. Good service from the team. The installers were really good. Ordering process was easy and the delivery was quick. Only need to be a bit better coordinated on delivery. All else really good.

Aarons Outdoor at Carrum Downs had our shed built and installed in no time and the quality surpassed our expectations. The service we received was excellent from start to finish.

We purchased a studio and also and ex display studio complete with sliding glass doors and verandah. Ziah was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. The young tradies who assembled were on time, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble when I asked them to tweak a few things.
I will highly recommend the team should anyone be looking for extra space.

All of the staff from the quoting, logistics and delivery were a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more.

Terrible after sales service. My bali hut fell apart and Mark Zimmerman (The managing director) lied to us on several occasions that he would send someone out to repair it but they never came. I am very disappointed in this company and would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a bali hut to buy it from somewhere else.

Unable to draw and understand a simple design of an aviary. I sat down in person twice, emailed twice, got no emails, visited store to chase status of order in person. Staff member called factory they pointed out he had drawn aviary incorrectly. I again stated what I needed. Delivered wrong panels and nest boxes I had specifically not asked for. No assembly instructions provided. No head office details to complain to directly. Asked for refund and for them to collect multiple times. They instead tell me "my husband" has said we would keep? My partner never stated that. Replacement panel and perches? Dropped off when I was not here. Instructions given to my partner. Aaron's Outdoor simply refused to take back their aviary. I have waited to calm down before writing this review. We are waiting for our handyman to assemble what is lying on our front lawn.
If you are ordering anything requiring ANY changes I would strongly advise you to draw it yourself and stand in front of their example products and point at exactly what you want. We paid $3,300 for a pile of treated pine and some mesh.

Called to ask for help to get replacement parts for the Alley Oop Trampoline they sold to me a few years back. They said we don't stock them anymore, sorry. No help to find replacement parts at all. If you don't stock this anymore then expect customers to be unhappy with this type of support. I paid a lot for this trampoline, and got absolutely no help at all from these guys. Very unprofessional and poor service. I cannot even get the parts shipped from the US as I have looked online too. I asked if any other brand replacement parts could be used, and they said no we don't know sorry.

I have purchased an outdoor Studio from Aaron’s in Carrum Downs and I found the experience very satisfying.
Firstly delivery date was as stated upon purchase then upon construction I had the pleasure of seeing two young man installing the Studio, these boys where exceptional, quick, accurate on time and very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, I have never been so satisfied with a trades person as these two boys

My first purchases and big ones, a Balinese hut and a swing.all I can say is absolutely amazing. The entire team led my Iain the owner did not miss a beat from quality of service to delivery to their workmanship.

Our first experience of my wife and I walking through to their Carrum downs showroom we were served by Andrew. Andrew very technical knew all his product specifications and the rules and regulations of installing a large dimensional hut with council acceptance. This advise allowed us to super speed our decision making. We also bought a swing set which they install in schools and playgrounds. The quality and value is absolutely there. I received a call from Iain who then personally came to sign off the work. Joey provided exceptional service during the delivery. Not that I can remember all the names but the delivery team including Harrison worked thoroughly throughout the day.

I will now be going back to Aaron's to purchase a substantial cubby house, having staged the work. Once again many thanks to Iain and the fabulous dedicated team!

Just wanted to say how happy I was with Ziah and jo in Carrum Downs. Told them what I wanted and they helped me with everything, from picking the Bali hut to how things would lay out in my yard. The installers where very professional and cleaned up after themselves and finished the job in a timely manner.
From start to finish was a pleasure using Aaron’s outdoor living.

We got a really nice dog house from Arrons Outdoor Living and it's been a great home for our pups. They love it and the staff were great! Would visit again anytime!

Based solely on a phone call and speaking with Ziah my plan is meet him and hopefully we can get our carport built. Ziah was pleasant to talk to and came across as a professional in his field.

When we came to pick up some playground equipment there was plenty of room to park the car and trailer. The sales staff were friendly and happily answered all the questions we had. I loved that so many products were set up completely which allowed us to see how great the products were and the many ways that the products can be used.and having cubbies set up meant the kids were happily playing while we got our goods packed and ready to go. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Fantastic, quality products. We purchased a swing set and our 4 year old daughter cannot wait to use it!

We have been looking to buy our 2 kids a cubby for Christmas and have found the set up to be extremely helpful with seeing how the kids play on each item. Having a 4 yo and 1 yo they differ in what and how they play so being able to see them explore has helped with the process. Just need our house to finish being built then we can make the tough decision.
