We ordered Chow-mien noodles and Kadhi. Noodles were so soggy that we had to return these. And kadhi wasn’t cooked properly.

As for the ambience, we had our 12 year kid in tow and they had music containing explicit words playing at a loud volume. I was surprised that staff themselves didn’t notice this.

Hugely disappointed as we’d come hearing so much about Aangan’s reputation and left swearing never to dine here again.

We wnt there today and just spend $208. Totally waste. Frst we order dahi kebab there is hair in kebab which i am attaching the pic as a proof. Than we order more food. They take such a long time cant explain. For kids we order rice and curd. Curd was totattly disgusting. When we taste it feels too old. After all bad experince. They didnt given any concession or feel sorry. The lady at the front i think manager but she didnt say sorry only watching. The staff was really good they feel reallly sorry for the food. I requested to the owner please change the cheff if you want to run the resturant.

The food was good. When I asked for couple of take away containers to take my balance food, The service staff were saying, we are going to get it but no one responded back.if staff can say like we are busy and can you collect the containers from counter, It would be nice. Also it's not that much busy for 7 staff on the floor. But I was waiting for 20 minutes, then I went to the counter and got the containers, It made my whole dinner experience as,
Don't like to go there again.

Visited Aangan, Clayton today after couple of months and was totally disappointed by their waiter services and the quality of food. The waitress attitude was such as if she is being forced to work, ordered for the salad and pickle but got the same when I was about to finish my meal. I have been there before couple of times but now the food quality has also degraded. We ordered for butter naans but could hardly see any butter in it, also it tasted raw and were not fresh and hot. Similar experience we had with their Laccha Paranthas. The Gulab jamun, which used to be my family's favourite desert there, did lack taste and was not fresh. The fresh Paan also was not fresh and gave the feeling as if refrigerated for a couple of days.

Worst restaurant, first time I got to know paneer butter masala is filled with capsicum all over, and they explained its their version of paneer butter masala kadhai paneer is same as paneer butter masala just the colour change

We ordered a spicy curry, they sent me some sweet curry. I ask the server to take it back and ask the chef to make it spicy, the reply I got from them shocked me. It’s the maximum spicy they can make, and we can’t give you a refund. The person at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. After a lot of unnecessary arguments, they agreed to make the necessary changes. At the end they did make the changes and didn’t even heat the bread we ordered. We asked to talk to the chef, they said he is busy and can’t come outside. I’ll say the service was unacceptable. They ask you to pay upfront and don’t care if they customers is happy with the meal or not. They just want the customers to be happy with what they provide.

Take away service is very bad. Working on food delivery service waiting for 30 min for a naan bread and chicken tikka order. Notify the app ready for pick ip if you have prepared the food already. Time was wasted never gonna pick order from this restaurant again.

The food we ordered was just ok. The chicken vindaloo was very sweet, tasting more of tomato. But the chilli roti was nice.

We are regular Aangan customer. But our recent order Tandoori chicken and Roti bread were burnt and couldn’t even eat a bit. Very disappointed ️ Didn’t expect from Aangan… May be not sure Chef change or management change. Please try to keep your standard high as always. Also please don’t send any burnt food to any other customers

The restaurant delivers decent Indian food. However, the pricing of the food for 'take away' orders is same as for 'Uber Eats Menu'. This means the 30%+ commission restaurant pays to Uber is not reimbursed to patrons walking in for take away orders. Neither is the quantity of serve sufficient for the price of the food. The overall dining experience for take away patrons is 30% too expensive and over-rated.

Tried to discuss this subject with the outlet manager but the un-compromising attitude of the lady manager was simply obnoxious. Was a waste to walk in there for my evening. Certainly the restaurant does not deliver what it projects.

Will not return to this restaurant and will not recommend anyone else for take away at least. Dine in customers did not look too happy either with the level of service. Slim experience this one. Especially for someone who owns and manages quality restaurants in BNE.

Also the butter naan were pathetic. I paid $6 for a naan which looked like pappadam

We had our daughter's 2nd birthday party there and the food was amazing. Everyone went back home happy. The customer service was also exceptional. Highly recommended!

This was my last time visiting this place Known as Aangan in clayton. The food and the quantity with accordance with quality has been so much poor that you can’t even imagine where did your money go, in the food or was it wastage of money. I think they need training to make naan, it needs to be fluffy and soft and looks like a naan, not a roti which is flattened. I would recommend people to visit this place, eat and then put one more review like this. Honestly saying before it was far much better, and now god knows what happened. Thanks.

I used to love the food here, but today was the worst. Roti, gobi Manchurian, naan, paneer 65 everything we ordered wasn't cooked well. Very disappointed today.

Welcome to the world of order from table.
Did not expect a fine dine in restaurant which expect to provide good experience are providing takeaway experience.

Start with giving your biodata and bank account details
After all the troubles spending 10min to place order
If you think of adding any items after your order, god save you. Do all the processes again

The worst part, staff/ management do not agree to accept the order and pay at counter

Becoming smart is not to be dumb by software

It was a mixed experience. The food was really good except the desert. Starting from the entree and main course was really yum. Gajar ka halwa was the worst. And the staff was friendly but had a bad experience because of the technical glitch. The staff was friendly and helpful later.
