79I ordered a chicken biryani and paneer starter through uber. I have had tasteless food from Aangan before, but this time I decided not to eat or order from Aangan again. The biryani had only masala and chicken pieces, there is no rice at all. Paneer was disgusting.
Very bad experience. They have no idea of making naan. Their butter naan is like a roti. We ordered 3 main curries and found a hair in Paneer Butter Masala. Palak paneer was not cooked properly. Kadai chicken was OK though. Please improve quality of your food. We all come here to have a nice food but you are only concentrating on your seating (fine- dine)
I want to give zero if I can but I have to give one star
Last night I ordered from Aangan more than $100
Food was just all things put together but not cooked. It taste like raw spinach and raw cheese. And chicken we can make way better by the supermarket paste at home what they send us.
We taste it and couldn't took another bite and it went straight in bin. Not at all reccomend anyone
Placed an uber order. It took more than an hour to prepare. When i called the lady told we are extremely busy and i need to wait extra 10 minutes.
The uber driver was there and he waited nearly 20 minutes and because the order was not ready he cancelled. Never ever ordering from them again. If they cant provide better service better lock the store and stay home
Worst experience I ever had, I think owner should really look into it, other wise time will come he need to close restaurant, really had bad experience, food was uncooked, service really bad, I would never recommend to go to this restaurant, chef don't know how to cook even pakoras, even Street food would be better than this restaurant, really had worse experience, we paying for food in return we getting rude service staff and worse food.
Aangan Cranbourne deserves not even 1 star rang and asked for booking for 7 she advised that o we are really flat out don’t even have 1 table available but we can adjust you.
When we reach there literally there was not even 1 customer in Aangan.
We received onion bhajji which was completely uncooked followed by chicken 65 half uncooked.
When we advised them the uncooked onion bhaji they advised they can replace it with mix pakora and when we received mix pakora it was just 1 pakora type.
Really worst service when asked for ordering on reception they advised we are only accepting online orders I advised them that there is an Internet issue I can’t do that online and than she said we can do it here but you have to pay cash.
This is ridiculous than she started getting annoyed please learn some customer service and make sure you are providing proper food.
I will never go there back again and will advise each and every of my near and dears to avoid this place.
Our evening was spoiled. Completely unsatisfied with food and service. Food was cold (seem it was microwaved and served). Staff was not helpful.morever waited for long for replacement food.finally we decided to leave the table without eating.requested for a printed refund receipt.but they refused to issue.we are waiting for refund.
We had a bad experience with Angan cranbourne, they just have their Name, no quality no taste. We ordered onion Bhaji which was Rubbish and literally uncooked, and full of oil.which looks going to cause stomach pain later. If they have name they should maintain it with good quality. But they have no taste in food. I had a bad experience 2nd time with Angan Indian restaurant. Service was Poor. Think before spend ur valuable money at Angan Restaurants.
We went there on my birthday and was expecting a great Indian taste, before this we visited in Clayton aangan and loved the food. So thought will try cranbourne one as this is our local place. We ordered veg manchurian and chilly paneer gravy and ale eyes option as medium chilly. But it taste like a sweet desert full of sweet curry with full of sugar. But tawa paneer was very good taste. So please make sure when you go there be careful with these two dishes. We won’t go there.
Worse experience I ever had, don’t go on name, very rude staff, unprofessional cooking, never recommend anyone to go to Cranbourne angan.think before you spend money there
Had a dinner with Family. Great customer service, quick service and the food was very delicious. Definitely recommend it.
Very good service. Very accomadating management. We rocked up without reservation (for the first time in life), but to our surprise, we got accommodated on a Saturday evening as big group of 8.
We are sincerely very thankful. The food was amazing and portion size was good as well.
Recommend this place for a nice family dinner!
I wish could give 0 star…rude staff and food Is like few days old and you have to order and have to pay upfront without talking to anyone in restaurant and if you need anything else in between you have to order online, pay and wait for it…such a pathetic process and worst place with the staff who doesn’t know how to deal with customers
We found a hair in our food. Aangan used to be our one of the favourite Indian restaurant. Never again now. Disappointing.
Hi, I usually treat myself to one takeaway per week! I love Indian food and I'm so pleased there is a very good Indian restaurant in Cranbourne, The Aangan. They have great food and thus far I have not been disappointed. Every meal is delicious and keeps me coming back every week. Thank you to the friendly staff too.
We love the food and it’s our favourite restaurant and no words for customers service? Best customer service with beautiful smile and well presented food as well best Indian Resturtent 110/100 rajan
Pathetic food. Complete waste of money (and food by Aangan). Containers were full of water and oil only, no lentils in Dal makhni and no paneer in paneer do pyaza.
Thank you Aangan for spoiling Saturday night dinner.
Would not recommend to any, a complete waste of time and money, unprofessional staff/service.
It’s worth for the money you spend. Very good hospitality. I really wish to go every time here!
Excellent service and great food. My absolute favourite Daal Makhani and Butter Naan! Highly Recommend
Food was really good. Helpful staff, value for money. Definitely will come back. Great work guys.
