AAK timber floors

Great service by Alex and his installation partner Tim. Got herringbone hybrid flooring for our entire double storey house and Alex provided us a really good price for the whole package including installation. Also provided good advice on how to get the flooring done in the new build without any quads and without needing to call in carpenters and painters post handover. Always polite, helpful, honest and prompt in response, and combined with the excellent, and tidy workmanship provided by Tim and his team, we're really glad we went with AAK and with how our flooring turned out.

I found AAK Timber floors on facebook, drove many kms to visit the showroom as Alex was very helpful and responsive on facebook messages and booked them for my home and my friend's home flooring. They have nice flooring options and I found their prices to be very competitive. He is a very soft spoken person and was very helpful with deciding on what floor we should go with. He was always available on phone and replied to text messages. Installation at my friend's home is done very professionally and the installed floor looks great. I'm now eagerly waiting for my house's handover and installation of same floor at my house too by Alex's team. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Thanks Alex and team.

The guys did a fantastic job laying the hybrid flooring, we are very happy with aak timber floors service will recommend anyone we know looking to do timber floors.

Service is friendly. The guy who runs the sales isn't pushy and readily answers questions when asked. The stock levels go up and down depending on the shipments from off shore so choices are sometimes great sometimes limited. Apparently they only sell samples but you can get a big enough sample to do your house. The quality is reasonable for what you're paying. We got the $20 version and it's worked out well so far. It was easily cut with a drop saw. Its very dense so eats jigsaw blades. We're happy.

The manager Alex Hu, provides the best service and products, i was quite enjoying to dealing with him.
