Charged $600 for returning soiled aprons and mitts that were in the cloth bag for 7 days. If I was to return them clean I wouldn't have needed your cleaning service in the first place.

Took in expensive curtains for cleaning. Came back damaged and useless. Refused to accept any responsibility. I would not use this firm again and am faced with the nuisance of going through the Consumer Law process.
