Lack of product, poor customer service. Staff' attitude is not welcoming to customers, has no intention of consulting, and does not mention business promotions such as web advertising. When I walked into the store, I didn't have the staff welcome nor help me choose the item. When I asked if there were items to go with when he bought Rule 1, he didn't know.and when I showed up the store's website the bundled items were barely available.

Pretty poor range in a very small shop, not the best customer service left without buying and spent $300 elsewhere.

Excellent customer service with a huge range of products. This store has everything you need. Nathan is very knowledgeable and is very helpful. Core meals are very cheap and are a quick inexpensive way to eat clean. Highly recommend visiting this store to get all your supplements! No need to go anywhere else!

Went today for some pre work out, left with a good sale and knowledgeable advice. Good to see an older and expirienced person working, usally its all young uni know it alls! Not this place. Give it a go.

Poor customer service. Rude and abrupt. Made to feel inferior and that I was in the wrong place and shouldn’t be shopping there. Avoid as it is not worth it to be treated so poorly. Also the mark up on the products are too high. You will get a better deal and service elsewhere.

My mum and I came in with little knowledge and quickly made a fool of ourselves. The staff member, however, was friendly and informative in helping us pick the right product.
