Bella did a wonderful job of altering my dress for my engagement party. She was lovely, easy to contact, and adjusted the dress exactly as I had hoped. I found Bella on the internet while I was looking to get 2 pants altered. Bella answered my call right away and asked me to the come the next day itself. I got both my pants back in a few days and they were PERFECT. Very reasonable prices as well. Bella is a lovely lady and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Credit where credit is due. Bella is my new favourite alterations place! Everything looks like new, straight from the store. Some of the best quality service I have received (and I've been to a LOT of alterations places) I was so impressed! Super timely and a great price. She's so talented, and most importantly a lovely lady.

Average skills coupled with atrocious interpersonal skills.

Bella was meant to call me three days after taking my pants for hemming and never did. I called the day after she was meant to and she had told me she "forgot to do it but [she] guesses [she] can do it now". One pair of pants were hemmed well, the other too short. When I told her I didn't like the length, she immediately became defensive saying it was my fault for changing my mind. I didn't try place blame, I just wanted to fix the issue. She agreed to fix the length and told me to call two days later to pick it up.

I call and again she tells me she's forgotten to do it but will do it now. When I went to pick the item up, I was thankful for her rectifying the problem and I was happy with the length and I dismissed the very evident holes from the previous hemline as a "what can you do" moment. She again continued to berate me about how it was all my fault for changing my mind and it certainly couldn't be her fault as she's never made a mistake in her life ("oh except this one time. "). Even the holes at the old hemline were seemingly not her fault. When I brought up that I was unsatisfied with her interpersonal skills and how she was speaking to me, she became even more defensive and rude and even asked me "what is your background? ". In no way is this acceptable behaviour in any context.

As is evident in this review, Bella's treatment of her customers unfortunately speaks far louder than her skills.

I phoned late Sunday afternoon (not expecting anyone to answer) but Bella did! I asked her if she could accommodate urgent 24 hour clothing alterations and she said yes. Bella also gave me reassurance and a solution so I could plan my Monday and this was after I had walked into 3 other other local business who either couldn't accommodate, gave no solution, and or the part time attendant was simply unable to communicate clearly (probably the side effects of texting on social media for 12 hours a day!)

Tried to call her - got a horrendous answer as if I was wasting her time. She was very rude - Shop around everyone.
