These guys were very helpful and friendly, let me trial fit a part before purchase and I was happy with the price I paid. Can recommend.

The rudest people ever dealt with. My car ended up here with my PERSONAL stuff still inside as I could not collect from the salvage yard. Would not let me take my personal belongings, or even my modifications (NON GENUINE PARTS) from the car even once offering the GENUINE parts to replace it with.

Would never recommend. Gave false information too about a car I OWNED.

Update: Instead of apologising, they argued with me, took a picture of my car and threatened me to remove the review.

I wish I can give them stars in negative however 1 star for the bloke who helped me. They are unprofessional and irresponsible. I was there to pick up the parts for someone else. The customer already informed the pick up time but the parts were not ready. Had to wait almost 2 hours and followed up frequently to get the job done.

Recently bought left hand tail light for 2021 Renault Koleos.
At first concerned about mixed reviews - 5's and 1's - but committed and monitored.
Right part quickly delivered.
4 stars for good job, -1 for me having to chase communications which is unusual post-COVID. Do recommend their services:)

It’s always a good idea to check genuine parts 1st. Gone are the days of finding cheaper parts anymore. For a $42 part at the dealer, was told $75

Amazing first time experience. Ali went above and beyond to help me get a reasonable price for my wife’s Mazda 3 2020. I travelled from Sydney to Melbourne and was very happy with the outcome and all the parts and especially the service provided by the friendly staff. I got quoted 30,000 in Sydney to fix her car but I found him on gumtree with brand new parts and messaged him straight away and received a price for every part I needed in a spam of 10 minutes and he was willing to hold it for me for a week as I couldn’t make it earlier because of work and really needed the parts asap because nobody else had them.
