I rang and ordered a screen protector which arrived within a week. I brought imy google 6 round and the technician worked on it straight away. It seemed that my phone cover was after market and not going to fit. He persisted and worked intentionally with swab
s, tweezers and a dryer I think to make sure it went on and fit in the cover.
I left happy, however.next day the screen protector was lifting.
I brought it back and it was no problem for this business to order another one and make sure it was firmly fitted again. He spent longer on it the second time round, using a drying method I think. This time no worries and all for the original price of $25.
They even let me have a bottle of water while I waited.
Very happy with protector and commitment to humble service, thanks guys.

Amazing service! Kevin fixed my radio within the hour, and stayed back late to get it done for me.

Dropped my phone and shattered the screen. Lee at Smith Street was so very helpful. Had my screen fixed and a screen protector put on in 30 minutes. Professional and Quick. Very appreciated and I highly recommend!

I found these guys to be honest, friendly, qualified, timely, and fairly-priced. I've been to them to fix a water-logged iPhone as well as a smashed screen. On both occasions they delivered a fast turnaround time, fixed the problem, and never overcharged or tried to up-sell. Only feedback is I wish they were open later in the evenings after office hours!

Got my mac battery replaced here and keyboard aswell. Do not go here.
The laptop has a slight rattle and the screen flickers at the bottom of the screen now.
On top of this the the screen is now completely pixelated towards the bottom left.
Would not recommend, go to a legitimate MacBook repair shop I basically paid to get a worse quality MacBook then I had initially.
Do not go here

It was the worst experience ever. They charged me 250 AUD to “fix” my laptop. They took 4gd of my ram memory. And affect the sensitity of my mouse pad or chage it i dont know. I express that I was not satisfied with them but they did not solve any of the issues. Dont ever go there.

It's ok to be honest not the greatest of customer service this could be improved greatly. The presentation of the business could be leveraged better for the benefit off the customer experience.
There could be written information about there services costs best digital devices for specific requirements maintenance battery care.
Sharing some of their trade knowledge as a goodwill gesture to provide further value via written format about maintaining looking after optimizing the digital device this appears a required service from what I've witnessed by customers lack of knowledge off there digital devices.

There's a shortage of providers who offer repair services in the area compared to the demands, there very busy always but there's room for other providers in the area as the population has risen greatly over the last 3 years. The fact that they hadn't bothered to claim the maps listing is a reflection on my previous observations and still busy and being in the digital space the website was virtually not mobile functional and had no SSL certificate and only half its page could be seen on mobile this is where the value I mentioned could also be added.

Shocking business, avoid at all costs. I went in with a cracked iPhone 7 screen and left them with my phone to fix. When I came back, they had replaced the screen. Shortly after leaving with the fixed phone, the phone started rebooting. I took it back to them and they said they would look in to it. When I came back they had put in a new battery (non-Apple authentic). And charged me an extra $70. When I got home, the rebooting problem started again. I went back, now for a third time, and they tried to tell me that my phone was faulty prior to the screen replacement. I told them there was no chance that it was a coincidence that when they fixed the screen, suddenly my battery started breaking. After a lengthy discussion they agreed to take a look again, and later upon coming back (for a 4th time) they had managed to fix it. I realised a few days later that the sensor was broken at the top of the phone (so when you put the phone to your ear the screen does not turn off, so I always hit buttons during a call) and Siri also no longer picked up sound. Would never go back and would strongly advise people not to go there.
