A1 bakery epping reviews
23I was carrying on like an idiot because the food was taking long! But it tasted amazing! Just want to apologise to the staff, I may have come across very rude, I sincerely want to apologise.
Great food, amazing service and staff was super helpful and friendly.
We were there at 7pm Saturday, and the place was quiet and super clean.
Highly recommend the chicken platter and falafel platter.
Man this was amazing.
I love the vibes and staff were very professional, knowledgeable, quite nice as well. I can see why this place can get very busy but the two young ladies who served me, were very tentative, which I really appreciate. This was also my first time here, and literally just stumble in.
I had the sambousik cheese and & meat both were very yummy to my tummy. The sambousik meat reminds me of Nigerian meat, Spanish empanadas.
I also had the chicken tawouk wrap, very good as well.
The Lebanese black coffee was so nice and strong as well. It’s not on their menu but if you enjoy black coffee, definitely recommend getting it.
They make GF fresh on-site. Service is excellent even though it is busy. I deal with Medi who looked after my order, he is very professional. I recommend coming here.
Great prices, friendly staff and lovely food. So good to see the food that I one got made fun of for eating is now mainstream! The only difficulty is what to choose. Love the zaatar!
Food is average at best fattah is horrible and food is served late forgot my sons order had to show them the receipt that I paid took over an hour to come service is not th the best
The food and service were absolutely amazing! Very warm and friendly staff! I would highly recommend it
Food and the place was amazing! Only feedback was that to let the customers know that it is self service for the cutleries, drinks, serviettes, water, cups and sauces. I think the young ones are still training so its okay.
The food was good,
Service was ok and staff were friendly.
The atmosphere was overall good.
Prices have gone up as compared to other branches.
Tea pots came with one tea bag in each. Hummm, that was strange.
But yes, I will come back and try other food types they offer.
Worst A1 bakery ever. No management, you have to figure out things yourself, no welcome nothing.
No sugar and on tables
No napkins on the table
Mostly kids staff that have no idea.
I had much more expectations but no, wouldn’t go back
Finest Lebanese breakfast in the northern suburbs. The food are always consistently fresh and vibrant, complemented by a staff radiating positivity and welcoming smiles – a refreshing departure from other Lebanese bakeries in town. The impeccable cleanliness added to the overall enjoyable experience.
The place is very busy, the service is bad, there's only one register to get your orders and it's already crowded and busy, there's no one to call if you need something they will tell you to get it by yourself, why it's called a restaurant if your bakery is already full of arrogant rude customer service. The only good thing is the decor, يا ريت المينو بيه عربي بس انتو #
Service is bad, food is bad, the coffee is bad.this whole place is a mess and very much disorganised and the customer service is nowhere to see, you will also get your order mixed don't waste your time coming here.
Honest feedback. Unfortunately the food and service was not as good as the original Brunswick store. The zaatar was dry and tough, it made my jaw hurt. I was also told that I can’t add cheese to it as “you can only order from the menu”. It’s never been a problem at any other A1 branch. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to this new local store. Hopefully Epping improves…
Love A1. Super excited to have them in Epping now. Venue is very nice. Plenty of seating.
Same menu so you know it’s gonna be as great as the other locations.
Welcome to the neighbourhood!
Food was delicious, however lacking in customer service.they are doing well considering how busy they are, yet we waited in line for 15 minutes to order, then waited 45 minutes for 1 zaatar, 1 meat pizza & 1 cheese pie. Well priced for great tasting and well portioned food, yet the meat pizza wasn’t heated all the way through and the filling was still a little bit cold. I will definitely return once they settle in:)
The food is delicious. Alot of vegetarian options. The place is well staffed and they actually come over to confirm if you are still waiting on your order or if something is missing.
At this restaurant, we tried cheese pies, meat pizza, hummus, foul, and shish taouk sandwich. The food was delicious overall, except for the falafel, which was a bit tough to eat. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Not as nice as other bakeries, they got my order wrong (got take away, left the store to go home and realise this), spinach and cheese pies and cheese pies feel so flat and deflated, barely any filling inside, cutting costs and hiking up the prices. One-way bakery and rumaisa pastry, down the road is so much nicer. Felt very disappointed
Fatah and foul are disgusting
The pastries are empty not filled properly
Busy place without waiters, no one cares if we need or missed anything on our table, They should improve their customer service
