We approached Simon after a fantastic recommendation from a relative. We needed to repaint the interior of our investment property, so timing was essential. I hired Simon to paint the exterior of my house. It's a 26 year old brick veneer with a bunch of wooden parts around windows, eaves, wanted the door frames done too, etc. It was NOT in good condition at all, lots of cracks, paint flaking off, the paint that was still hanging on had been done poorly (you could see brush strokes clearly on some parts), several small holes from removal of screws.

Simon took the time during the quote to answer all of my questions (I had a list and a literal clipboard) and explained in easy-to-understand detail exactly what he was going to do. I had a different quote the following day and was rushed through it, the guy clearly couldn't have cared less and I'd already decided to go with Simon before the other guy had even left.

Simon was patient, EXTREMELY well priced and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond during the job. Emphasis on the beyond. His attention to detail was staggering and I couldn't believe the effort that he went to (the hours he put into it! Wow). He noticed things I hadn't thought of and pointed them out to me so that I was 100% clear on everything. I couldn't be more pleased and can't fault it. I'm a young female and he never talked down to me once or assumed I wouldn't understand something. He's the best tradie I've ever had. I'd recommend him to my mum, is what I'm saying.

We got some feature walls painted in our house and I would say that confiding in Simon was the best decision we have made. He is punctual, patient, polite, professional and trustworthy person. His work is spotless and he immaculately finished the job, he took a great deal of effort in splaying the drop sheet all around the house (even the area he wasn't painting) just to avoid walking with his shoes on our floor. At the end we dint even feel that major part of our house got painted. Best of the best I have ever used the services of! What he says he delivers, which is hard to find now. I give him 10/10. My walls look stunning and especially when someone as good as Simon does it for you, you get 100% satisfaction. I would highly highly highly recommend him!
