Great service and was nicely priced. The team were friendly and fixed a laptop quickly for me. Same day service when I booked. Had it done within a few hours. Waited around Sale for it.

Great service, great staff, my issue was more than a bit bothersome and had potential to cause staff great amounts of irritation but the staff handled everything without so much as a terse word, they didn't lose their cool and handled things with utmost professionalism.
Other companies I've dealt with in similar situations have definitely not been as understanding nor sympathetic as the staff at A to Z were.
So 5/5 stars, they went above and beyond in my mind.

Terrible! I know supporting local business is important - but.given my experiences with this business I’d say go somewhere else Didn’t answer the phone, waited 15minutes for guy to appear at counter - then backed away - yes literally from helping me - totally pathetic - go somewhere else!

Amazing service! They fixed my Mac within 2 days and did additional things they did not need to do and I couldn't recommend the guys there enough. Will definitely be going back if I ever have any more problems

I hardly ever write reviews however had to as customer service and contact was excellent - shout out to Kylie for the status of the order and updates. I am interstate and shipping of the product was fast and packaged securely. Will definitely order from here again.

Went in at least a month ago hoping to buy a phone, had a man serve me who was very helpful and honest, was told it would be in in about 3 days, I gave it 1.5 weeks until I called in again and was informed by a different sales person it would be 2 weeks to come in, never got a call back. I understand it’s difficult to get things in stock sometimes however I ordered one online from elsewhere and it came in less than 24 hours from interstate: (

I had sent my AirPods in to be fixed and I had made sure they were clean before and when I received them a week later, there was earwax on them and it was just disgusting the case also came back dirty. I don’t recommend going there as you will get your products back dirty.

I have great pleasure in announcing a 'win' against the Apple Store. I had purchased an Apple Time Capsule 3T April 2018, it started to go wrong, in essence it wasn't a hardware issue but? A 5.2 Wifi issue and this was identified or highlighted as a possible cause by AZ Computers in Sale. Apple agreed to my claim and offered me a refund, immediately I spoke to this store with a view to buying my 3rd Apple Computer. When a store shows their support, irrespective of any purchase, they clearly have a customer focus and I thank them for that and i'll be making all my future Apple purchases here. (computers)
