Such a poor and bad experience had to cancel order after waiting 10 weeks for a shower screen. Lots of promises and excuses but never came to measure up, take deposit or follow up on installation date. Wouldn't recommend

Ralph sorted me out with a custom cut piece of glass. Great price and did it same day over the long weekend! Legend.

Booked in to have 2 glass windows repaired, didn't turn up, called and was assured they would be out that night, didn't show again, next morning they said they would be out that day, then got a text message to say he cut his hand and couldn't make it. Very unreliable, would not recommend

Nothing wrong with the quality, however I found them to be unreliable and it took 3 days of promising and no shows for the shower screen to actually be installed. Of course payment was promptly chased. For that reason I wouldn't use them again.

Ralph replaced 37 window panes at my property. Pleasure to deal with - talked through solutions, came up with some great suggestions, price was very reasonable for laminated and I had a good time working along side him on my renos.

3 weeks to get to site then the work was the worst I have seen in 20 years of being a builder. I only wish I could post some pictures of the work

I paid deposit of$200.00 on 6 March 2020 for a sliding patio screen door and was promised my door to be fitted the following week, and since then multiple times the last promise was on Friday 20 March. I also have the text messages with all these promises. I have not heard from Ralf the owner/fitter since then. I have not received my sliding screen door. Ralf also took away my old sliding screen door so now I have nothing and I'm out of pocket $200.00. What a rip off. Don't deal with this company. REALLY REALY BAD!

Have used this company on a number of occasions. They always go above and beyond and provide a quick and reasonably priced service even on bank holidays and weekends. 5 stars.
