Dr. Grant Saffer is an exceptional obstetrician who provided me with outstanding care throughout my pregnancy. From the first prenatal visit to the delivery, Dr. Saffer demonstrated a high level of expertise, professionalism, and compassion.

He always took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answer all of my questions, which made me feel supported and well-informed throughout the entire process.

During the delivery, Dr. Saffer exhibited remarkable skill and competence, ensuring the safety and well-being of both myself and my baby girl. His expertise and quick decision-making were truly impressive and gave me confidence during a potentially stressful time.

The entire experience with Dr. Saffer and their team was positive, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Saffer to any expecting mother seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable obstetrician.

I feel very grateful, blessed and thankful to have met Dr. Grant and to be treated under his care. He is very caring, knowlegable and takes the time to listen to you and discuss with you the condition and treatment plan every step of the way. He is also very patient and supportive, and if you had any follow up questions or conerns, he would always follow up with you. I recently had major complex surgery under Dr. Grant and am very thankful and blessed to have been under his care, his attentivness right even before going surgery was amazing.

We feel blessed to have been able to have Grant guide and take the best care of us throughout our first pregnancy. We first met Grant at our heart beat scan through No. 1 Fertility. We instantly formed a connection with Grant and felt he delivered such a calm and caring nature. My partner and Grant shared their love for skiing in most of our regular appointments. From day one we have felt supported, listened to and guided all whilst having a laugh and being light hearted which really help us ease some nerves. Our day of birth, I remember saying to my partner, “I’ll just be fine once I see Grant”. Knowing his calm nature would make me feel at ease.

We are so grateful for our experience with Grant and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is exceptionally talented at his job and connecting with his patients.

After an incredibly traumatic birth experience with my first born, I was referred to Dr Saffer for my second pregnancy.
Dr Saffer is thorough, in tune with his patients, kind, personable, funny, and an incredible doctor. Most importantly, he really listens to his patients. Despite my anxieties I felt compeletly comfortable and reassured with him for both my second and third babies.
I would recommend Dr Saffer to everyone but especially people that have had a complex first delivery or any issues in the past. This is the doctor for you!

My cousin recommended Grant Saffer as the best obstertrician for us when my husband and I were expecting our first child. I'm so glad that she did! Grant was AMAZING! He looked after us throughout our whole pregnancy. Adding in extra appointments were necessary, watching our babies growth and monitoring changes as I was a high risk patient (In age, IVF, and other factors). What I love about Grant is that he removes all worries, explains things in detail and listens to concerns. When I explained my birth plan with Grant's guidance, Grant executed it to a tee and we had the most incredible birth and recovery. Words can't describe our gratitude to Grant and the team. He brought our miracle baby earth side, healthy and happy. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Grant is a phenomenal obstetrician and I could not recommend him enough! He was always able to answer any and all questions we had, has a calm caring demeanour and a witty humour that kept all of his appointments so enjoyable. Booking Dr Grant as my obstetrician was one of the best decisions made during my pregnancy, his calm mannerism and knowledgeable approach made any decisions regarding my health and pregnancy so much smoother with a blend between keeping things as natural as possible and intervening as needed with complete clarity of information between us and himself.

Grant is a fantastic obstetrician supported by a great team in Jan, Mel, Adele, and Lucy. He provided my partner with excellent care during pregnancy and for childbirth. His calm demeanour and good humour alleviated a lot of stress for us whenever we had concerns. He is also receptive to feedback and questions, which he makes time to consider and address. We will go back to him next time around if he'll have us!

Dr Grant Saffer delivered my little baby, Izzie, in January 2023. My husband I have nothing but huge praises for him! Dr Saffer is extremely knowledgeable, always took his time with us and was very thorough during all of our appointments. Further to this, he is very easy to get along with, he has a great sense of humour! I ended up needing an emergency c-section, and it couldn’t go any better. Dr Saffer in his signature calm nature, kept me comfortable and informed throughout. It went really before, during and after birth, right up to the moment when he presented Izzie to us.:) My recovery was also smooth sailing, zero complications and I was up and about just a short number of days after giving birth. Thank you again Dr Saffer - Izzie, Jon and I really can’t thank him enough for providing such a positive birthing experience!

I loved having Dr Saffer as my OB. My appointments with him never felt rushed and he was always up for a chat allowing me to really get to know him before the birth of our lovely baby boy. On game day, he communicated the plan clearly, while considering what I wanted for my birth plan. More importantly he was up to speed with the latest evidence, allowing me to feel safe in his care. Will definitely be going with him again for our next baby!

We had some additional complications with a late aged IVF pregnancy. Dr Grant Saffer had no hesitation in providing additional consults to help ease my mind and keep a close watch on my pregnancy. Grant always listened and never dismissed any of my concerns. Even at the very end Grant assured me that it would be ok to request a scan if I was concerned at all, which was a critical step in ensuring the safe delivery of our newborn Oscar. Coupled with a fantastic bedside manner and a great sense of humour, you are in good hands with Dr Grant Saffer. The nurses/midwives at the Epworth hospital all spoke so highly of Dr Saffer - and without prompting, a couple said they would choose Grant as their obstetrician. He is an amazing obstetrician and someone I highly recommend having with you on your pregnancy journey!

Highly recommend Dr Grant, my husband and I found out about him and went to him cause the positive reviews. Needless to say he exceeded our expectations, we had a troublesome journey on the way to finally birthing our baby girl and Dr Grant was extremely empathetic and supportive of us providing extra care and support that made our birthing journey much much easier, hair was lost and tears were shed along the way but having Dr Grant and his team support us through it made it much easier than it otherwise would have been. They are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Dr Grant is
, transparent and not pushy, he respects his clients and treats the human not the symptom which is rare to find these days. We are really happy we chose him to help us through it all and are now home safe with our healthy and happy three week old baby girl.

A/Prof Grant Saffer is a highly recommended obstetrician. He is friendly, communicates well, knowledgeable, has a patient-centred approach, and well-supported by his lovely staff. No question is a silly question! He is also a keen educator.

Dr Saffer has delivered both of our babies and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. His care throughout both pregnancies was exceptional, and I had full trust during both labours that we were in the best hands. Both deliveries were beautiful experiences and I honestly put a lot of that down to how relaxed I felt being under the care of Grant.

It is truly impossible to put into words how incredible Grant and his team are. Grant is simply the best obstetrician.
