A-ESQUE

The opening mechanism of my bag broke after only 6 months of use. I requested a refund as I felt the bag was faulty and I would never have bought it had I known this would be a problem. Aesque refused and would only replace the mechanism, which I really didn’t want as it will only happen again. I believe this to be a breach of consumer law. I will never be buying their products again.

I fell in love with the brand after finding my first A-Esque bag on the second-hand market several years ago - I was shocked at how nicely made it was, and how durable it has been!

I finally purchased a new bag from their beautiful Richmond atelier, and could not be happier to support this wonderful business. Thrilled that everything is still carefully made in Melbourne, led by a minimal-waste practice.
