A Class Fencing Solutions

We used A-Class Fencing for our boundary fence. The quality of the timber fence is brilliant, it's straight and the posts that were used look incredible (125x125).
The workers that came to our house were extremely professional and really friendly and always on time.
We couldn't be any happier and will definitely use A-Class Fencing in the future.

I had fencing and a gate done with these guys on 8th of April 2021. There was no contact before and after doing the fence. Never given a chance to check and tell them if I am happy with it or if there is any change needed.

The fence when I checked had gaps underneath as they did not bother digging to put extra sleepers in. The latch on the gate came off within a week as the screws used were too short to grip on the metal frame. A professional would know that would not be suitable. Anyway I sent an email to them about it with the photo to which I got a reply that their supervisor will check and have it fixed. Its been 10 days since then I have not heard back. No response to my follow up email.

I have fixed it myself now.

We had our timber paling and cap installed and overall, it's poorly built. It has a lot of gaps between the posts and some areas are flimsy. There were also a lot of nails poking out (not safe if you've got kids!). We had someone come out back and forth to fix our fencing 3 times and we ended up just accepting the job because we've had enough. You do get what you pay for. Customer service was okay- you'll get a quicker response with a phone call instead of email. Overall, we wouldn't recommend to our friends and families.

Used them at our house. Found them to be professional, responsive, paying attention to customer needs. They also handled last minute issues caused by the construction in the next lot and made sure the work was completed with no compromise on quality.

Would recommend them.

We got our fencing done from them. Quality is good. They had installed the gate on wrong side, when informed multiple times then they fixed it.

Before we plan to do up the fencing two months prior to the completion of our new house, we have driven round many estates and we have noticed A-Class Fencing is the one that has the best look and quality. We have made online enquires from A-Class and surprisingly the price was so competitive. Coupled with the strong recommendation from the land vendor, we have decided to engage A Class for the building of the wooden fencing after taking possession of the house.

They are really the best and the works are just AWESOME. We are extremely happy with it. The manager, Mr Harry is so helpful and friendly.

Poor quality fence. Overcharged (adding extra meters in quote), incorrect measures and high GST. After contacting a number of times sent an adjusted invoice but still the refund amount is lower that correct amount. Stay away from this place, horrible experience ever.
