I'm very pleased with the service I received. Buying a Tele online made me a bit uneasy, especially considering it's both costly and fragile. However, they assured me they have experience with safe interstate shipping. They even went the extra mile to make sure the guitar was set up properly before it was shipped. Overall, the process was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Always great service at A&B. It's probably best guitar/music shop I've ever been to. No pretention, relaxed and happy to help or let you browse and try whatever guitar catches your eye. The set up/fret dress and service on my old 90's Maton was spot on. They even fixed a couple of the battle scars/holes while they were going. I'm sure I'll be back when I can finally afford that custom shop strat!

Brought a Farida J-66N from Nick at A&B Musical Instruments in Geelong. I have to say I got real good honest old fashion service from Nick. He also gave me the best price he could. There was no hard sell just good advice and the description of the guitar was spot on. It was in fact in better condition than I thought. The guitar came very well packaged and arrived in two days. This is a very nice music store to deal with. I am one very happy customer. Thanks Nick for your exceptional customer service and honesty when dealing with me. It makes me want to look to you first for my next guitar purchase.

I can't think of a store that I enjoy visiting more. Good, old-fashioned service from the moment you walk in. Was in iso in a nearby hotel and broke the G string on my guitar. I called them asking if they could deliver a new string. Could they deliver? Yes they did and actually delivered a whole set of strings and would not accept payment. I am from WA and the next guitar I buy I will purchase from A and B. Thanks heaps

Ordered a music stand online but it never arrived. Got in touch and they sent a replacement out straightaway which has now arrived. Great customer service, highly recommend
