Steven was excellent with his customer service and know how of bike repair knowledge. I brought my bike in thinking it would require some repair but Steven found the culprit in no time, did a minor adjustment and voila. Highly recommend and I will be back again for sure.

Jack the mechanic was very helpful, he was polite, listened to our concerns.we bought a bike outside their shop, the gear needed tuning, jack was fast of fixing the issue. His colleague Michael the french mecano is also very approachable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommending those 2 super friendly staff. Merci

I had a few issues with my bike which were fixed. The staff member was polite, respectful, professional and the service was very quick. Highly recommended!

Rode past and my bike was make all sorts of noise. Went in and talk to the service desk and Jack was mighty helpful, both fixing my bike and all the other questions we had! If you need anything speak to Jack!

I have been to 99Bikes Preston a couple of times and each time the team have been so helpful! Most recently they helped me fix my pannier (which they didn't have to) and also a great job on the service for my bike.

So friendly and helpful. Kaspar in the workshop kindly fixed brakes on a mobility aid for me. He was more than happy to help me out and was really thorough to make sure they worked correctly. Great service and people.

We had our bicycle repaired and serviced by Jack at the 99 bikes store in Preston. He was extremely courteous and polite but most of all extremely thorough in the work that he provided. I highly recommend his workmanship.

Kaspar was really helpful in finding and supplying a small part I needed - I appreciated the good customer service and helpful attitude.

Came in with a few tricky questions in regards to an old bike of mine which I did not expect to be resolved. Michael in the repair/service shop was absolutely incredible. He Helped me leave with everything I needed and I couldn't be more thankful.

I had been into a few other bike shops trying to find Bracket Covers for an old Shimano Ultegra shifter set but had not received any help whatsoever, however when I spoke to Jack in the workshop at 99 Bikes Preston the assistance he provided in not only working out the exact model (ST-6600) of the bracket covers I needed but also where I could get them was just amazing.
Got the bracket covers and they fitted perfectly and bike is again looking and working beautifully.

John and the team here are great service-people; I was given a lot of attention to my questions and learned a lot about bikes; they also offer a great suite of accessories. I really like these fellows and if you need somewhere to go about bikes, I highly recommend 99 Bikes Preston.

Michael helped me replace a valve core I had broken, really helpful and good advice on best tyre pressure.

Great straightforward experience. Max in the workshop sorted me out with what I needed to get my rear hub running again.
