Dropped in this afternoon with my young sons bike, thinking we would need to leave it there for a service and collect it later. The staff took a quick look and were able to rectify the problems on the spot, and we were on our way.
We always head to 99B when we need our bikes serviced, and have always found them to be knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service! Purchased a mountain bike and discovered it had a minor factory flaw. The bike was replaced and I’m ready to head out on the trails now. The knowledge, assistance and service in the store is excellent, highly recommend -especially to novice cyclists like myself, special thanks to Thomas for his efforts

These guys have a bike shop on premises that are flat out on point. There knowledge of all types of bikes are evident as soon as you walk through the door. The time that they take trouble shooting and figuring out a solution is fast. They were doing it for a guy on the phone when I arrived. I was seen quickly and had expert help. My bike feels awesome so thanks 99 bikes you guys are the best!

Got a great bike, my son loves it. Great prices, especially for members. Staff super helpful, got us set up with everything we need. Looking forward to continued servicing and keeping the new bike in great shape. No complaints!

Last weekend I had an issue with my disc brake on the way back from Beach Rd, and despite being super busy and understaffed, Ty helped me straight away. Thanks!

Had my hydraulic disc brakes serviced twice here and they didn’t pick up that the calipers were leaking. Had them replaced at a different mechanic.

Needed gear for my daughters bike, reflectors, bell etc.the crew couldn’t have been more helpful

Turned up 10 minutes before closing Time ask for a cassette and rotor swap onto another wheel the guy take off my cassette puts half of it on drops a ring in a small hole in a cupboard has to take the cupboard apart to get the ring spends 10 minutes retrieving it after puts parts on rim then fix’s my cassette in no time.

Ty was wonderful. Incredibly helpful and great attitude. Made the experience smooth and easy.

Some of the other workers in the shop were quite unhelpful and unpleasant.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience here thanks to Nicolas. He was very attentive in listening to our needs, very informative and not a pushy salesman, and didn't rush us! He presented to us 3 options to test out, to see which was the perfect fit. Helped my partner with finding the right bike, helmet, lock and lights! Thanks Nicolas for helping Ben find the right wheels to explore Melbourne in! We shall be back in the future for me =) hasta lluegooo!

Dealt with Jonathan at the Bentleigh store - identified what I needed just by looking at the parts I brought into the store - couldn't have asked for better service! Fantastic service!

Servicing and repair of my old bike could not have been better - quality, efficiency, explanation and courtesy of the highest level. Jerome and the team at Bentleigh were a pleasure to deal with.

Went down to buy a case as I saw online that they had it in stock. The online and club price at the time was $34.95. When going to purchase, it was almost $50. When my wife questioned the price, the older bloke serving became very irate and scolded her saying she must sign up for the club and buy it online. Did so, and was told that we'll receive a message when it's available for pickup.

I wouldn't have bothered if I knew this was going to be the service, but needed the case ASAP. When coming in to pickup the next day, the sticker price was corrected to $34.95.

Some people should not work in retail if they're so easily triggered when their inconsistent pricing is questioned. I also don't see why we had to come back the next day when we could have picked it up on the spot.

As a “first timer” purchasing a gravel ebike with drop downs greatly appreciated the patience and service provided by Doron, Dom & Jerome.

The 99 Bikes Bentleigh Team were awesome explaining options, setup and basic maintenance.

Thus far 120 km’s covered and very happy with my choice of bike and 99 Bikes Team.
