90 Mile Beach House and Villas

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house. Booked very last minute, ie 3hrs before arriving, great service, prompt responses to our enquiries. House is very well equipped, coffee machine/ pods provided and sugar etc. Very clean, beds are comfortable. Right across from the general store, very close to beach and park for kids. Great secluded little spot.

Our recent stay at 90 Mile Beach House & Villas was far from the relaxing holiday experience I had hoped for. Unfortunately, several significant issues marred our visit, and it's important to share our disappointment.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a disheartening surprise - no electricity in the property. A phone call to the owner revealed that this was a planned outage, but the lack of any prior communication regarding this was unacceptable. This left us unprepared and frustrated, to say the least.

Adding to our woes, the absence of electricity meant no water supply, and there were no backup solutions in place. We had to endure the inconvenience of waiting for power to be restored.

Our frustrations reached the peak the next day when the electricity went out again. Once again, no communication from the owner, and we had to find out through the power company's website that it was an unplanned outage, lasting until the evening. Facing an entire day without water was impractical, so we reluctantly cut our stay short, informing the owner. Regrettably, there was no show of concern from their side.

This experience left us deeply inconvenienced and our holiday plans in ruins. While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, the lack of communication and assistance from the owner made matters worse.

In sum, our stay at 90 Mile Beach House & Villas was marred by a severe lack of communication and a general sense of neglect as paying guests. It is difficult to recommend this property to others unless these issues are promptly addressed. A holiday should be a time of relaxation and enjoyment, but our experience was anything but that.

Loved our time at villa 2 - it had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable & was very clean n tidy. Location awesome, cafe & general store you can walk to in 2 min & the beach is just sensational (and only 3 mins away). The owners were fabulous to deal with, responded to a question by text immediately, and offered early check in and later check out. Great service, great place to stay & great location - 10/10. We will be back!

Extremely reasonably priced
beach 'villa' in a great location - 2 minutes to beach, across road from general store with fish n chips as well as 2 houses away from cafe/restaurant.
Comfortable bed, well appointed with all you would need, bath towels soft n fresh smelling and very very clean.
The owners offered us early check in and late departure to boot! They were also very responsive on the one time we needed to contact them.
Highly recommended the accommodation!

We stayed in the house which was perfect. 3 bedrooms (note one of them is off the kitchen and doesn't have a door), and a nice backyard for a dog. Our Kelpie/border collie loved it. The place is well equiped both in the kitchen and in general.

The service prior to and during our stay was great as well. The caretaker came by in the morning after a hot night and offered us extra sheets. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just spent a wonderful 7 nights at Golden Beach at 90 Mile Beach Villas with our dog. We found the villa spacious sunny and very well equipped for our stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils comfy bed and 'AWESOME WIFI'. The library of books and DVDs is extensive and there are games for children too. Second TV in the spare room would be good if you had children.
The semi covered outdoor area came with great seating, table and chairs and a BBQ. It was also well fenced for our dog to explore safely. Was a wonderful reading spot and sun trap in the afternoon. The General Store across the road has great food and very friendly people. The beach is only 200 metres away wonderful walking beach with lots of seagulls for the dog to chase. We were there for R&R and the villa did the trick. Great service nice to have clean towels every second day. We will definitely be back.

We had a very lovely time staying at the beach house. It had many perks including free wifi, Netflix and a fire pit. It was also located conveniently, with the general store across the road and the beach just a walk away. It was very quiet around, which was nice. Unfortunately, a couple of the places have recently closed down so there wasn’t too much food around but it was fine to drive into Loch Sport or Sale.
The one bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we made it work.
There were plenty of mozzies around but the place provided lots of mosquito coils to use.
The staff was helpful with advice about mosquitos beforehand as well.
There were a couple of slight problems.
The bottom bedroom didn’t have a door and proper curtains/blinds, which made it hard for the person in there.
Also, the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work and the two heat ones were a bit off to the side, making them harder to use.
Overall, it was a very good place.

Currently staying in villa #2 (suited for couples). What can i say, what an absolute gem! Small dead quiet town, 200m to a surf beach that's perfect for fishing.

Villa is very modern with a BIG tv, modern kitchen with oven and stove, decent sized fridge and a large bathroom. The bedroom is very homely with a beautifully soft and crisp bed (not a sterile hotel style bed), and the decor is modern without being sterile also.

Couches are comfy, a big selection of dvds as well. TV reception is A1.

Approx 80m to a fish and chip shop that also stocks alcohol and has a mini general store. Keep in mind, items are a little more pricey as this spot is reasonably remote and these guys need to make money to survive too. $30 for 4 cans of Jack isn't too bad in my book, and my money is going to an independent store.

Beach is pristine as it's 90 mile beach and one of Australia's best rated clean untouched beaches. All in all, if you love a good fishing session, quiet remote country surrounds with super comfortable modern accomodation, i couldn't rate this place higher. Personally, i can't fault it. And the hosts are well organised and really friendly. Villa prices are excellent too. There is also a family house and bigger villa too.

I'll be back without a doubt. You've won my heart!
