On holidays and was very pleased to find such a great salon! Staff super friendly and I loved my finished nails.

Mekim is one of the sweetest girls i have ever met at a nail salon. I feel a real sense of business forward thinking from her. She made an impression on me and what a positive nail salon experience should be. Went in for a toe nail paint and acrylic nail art on two seperate days and on both visits was so comforted by the vibe and atmosphere in there. I’m not one to talk a bunch when i’m having anything done as not to distract, but will hum along to the absolute best music playing, more than happily. Kimmy (Ngân) as a nail technician, blew me away, her attention to detail and steady hand left me in awe. Jess (Na) was gentle and lightning fast when clipping and painting my toes on my first visit. The way these ladies can keep up the quality and experience while being short staffed should be highly applauded and appreciated! Will be back again whenever i’m in town on holidays. 10/10 recommend

I adored the set i got, i took my mother for her birthday last month and she also loved the attention to detail and the quality of her pedicure.we were visiting ocean grove and saw the reviews on this salon and i can confirm they are worth the money and time

I came to this place first time as I needed my eyebrows waxed, I was so disappointed and discriminationed by the staff saying that they couldn't do my eyebrows waxed beacuse iam in a wheelchair and I can't get on the bed, I said I have had never had a problem with me sitting in my chair tilting my head back if there was a problem with me being in a wheelchair I wouldn't have had my eyebrows waxed what made matters worse the lady at the front and another worker started talking in their language. Never coming back.

Don't normally post reviews but this place and young ladies are so good. Quickest and most professional nails I've ever had done, will definitely be seeing more if me. Keep up the great work ladies.

Absolutely swear my life on 81 N&B, their services are amazing and their staff are literally the sweetest girls ever. I’ve had my lashes & nails done multiple times & they never fail to disappoint. Lash extension retention is AMAZING!

Absolute Scam. Often go here as staff are efficient and do a good job. However, I generally go with either one or both of my daughters and spend upwards of $100 at a time. Have a loyalty card, which warrants a stamp over each $25 spend. Each time I get 1 stamp regardless of how much I spend. I’m ok with this. However, last night I was due for 20% off. Between the 3 of us I spent $200 which was in one transaction. They initially gave me 20% off the total which was $40, but then came back to me and said they’d made a mistake and it should have only been 20% off my service (which was $40) so the discount should have only been $8, and charged me another $32. Even though I had paid for the lot and only received one stamp for myself, never 3 stamps - one for each of us. Pretty disappointing considering the $100’s of dollars I’ve spent there over the years trying to support a local nail bar. I will not be going back.

Great service! My SNS nails last really well. The l girls are lovely and well organised. Would love some lotion on my hands at the end though. My hands end up feeling very dry

I go to Me Kim religiously for my lashes. Her service is amazing, and she’s a lovely person. I Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I travel 45 mins every 2 weeks to see the girls at 81 and it’s worth it every time. I’m always impressed by how kind they are and how incredible at their work they are, I’ve never had more beautiful lashes or nail art!

Me Kim is amazing at lashes, they are full, they last and I always get comments. Very happy

Terrible service. I can’t say anything about their work because they didn’t even start my service after 20 minutes of waiting past my booked time. They told me they couldn’t do what I was asking even though it was from their Instagram account and they were very rude about it. Don’t trust their “online booking” option as they don’t honor those bookings or respond to the inquiries. It’s actually walk-in only in reality.

The girls here are all so lovely their work is absolutely amazing, no matter who I go to, my lashes are always better then I expect, the shop is always very clean and well presented, with a nice ambiance. I leave there each time feeling beautiful. I’ve recommended them to all my friends.

I came in to have nail art, the girls were really helpful, and suggested what I could have, and acrylic et.
We went with acrylic, and kimmy did my nails, oh my gosh, what a perfectionist she is.
Her nail art is superb, I left so happy. If
I could give 81 nails more than a five star rating I would!

Had a really great experience, the women here were so supportive to my needs. And really friendly. I will always return here to get my nails and leashes done, especially before a show. Thank you 81 nails and beauty:)
