8 Miles Cafe

I get a pizza (super special + egg and chilli) here at least a couple of times per month because, quite frankly, they are great. Actually, I walk in and no matter who is on it's "your usual? " What more can you ask for? Great pizza and recognised as a regular. The shop is not much to look at but still comfortable and I'll take that over mediocre food any day!

I can't help getting a Borek every time I come in very delicious, coffee is great too.

I had arrived from interstate and it was late so I goggled restaurants near me and this was the closest but what a find it was! I ordered the chicken satay pizza and it was the best I've had in a long time. An amazing crispy base with just the right amount of toppings. The young woman who served me was lovely and was willing to have a chat whilst she created her masterpiece. The place is not much to look at and it won't win any interior design awards but don't let that stop you. I'm going back tonight for dinner to try another pizza.

Very tasty coffee and the muffins are also great. The café looks rather unassuming from the outside, but is clean and tidy. The staff is very nice.

Delicious coffee! I was coming here every day for my morning coffee until I quit coffee. The staff are friendly, the price is reasonable and the coffee is perfect. Not sure if I ever will go back on coffee, but if I do, this will be the first place I will visit.

Great service from Amy. It has a relaxed atmosphere. Good place to get some work done or catch up with friends. Good coffee, sandwiches and pizza. Highly recommended!

Nice place to grab a coffee in the late afternoon or evening when options are limited in the area.

Nice cafe in a quiet and peaceful part of Southbank. Coffee is good, toasted sandwiches, pizza and borek are fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced. It's a pity the cafe is closed saturday and Sunday.

Warm ambience that also allows for privacy. The pizza and coffee was good at a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend.

Had a soy latte and it was plenty good and the standard price I would expect. Friendly staff. Would coffee here again.

Always good here for lunch and no problem with the coffee. Always willing to change anything that not to your liking.

Bought a pizza and a borek.food was average at best. Interior very tired looking. Kinda looks like a cafe that just gave up. Disappointing as it has lots of potential

With many positive comments regarding this cafe. I couldn’t add more. The service and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Used to frequent this place when I was staying in coventry street. The coffee is still as good as ever. The pizza they make here is worth trying. Not sure during Covid times though.

If you blink while passing by, you might miss it. Keep your eyes open.

Good service, sandwich is wonderful, the bread just toasted perfect but didn't over-cooked the chicken. Well done! Coffee is alright but it's a little little bit burnt.

The coffee is good. I can't comment on the service for sitting in but for takeaway their service is on point.

My first little cafe experience in Melbourne, and it was so cute! Sandwiches are a great value and super tasty! Atmosphere is nice, quiet and clean!

The best value in all of south bank, great deals on breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and cheep prices. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I would highly recommend their pizzas; had the BBQ chicken one today and it was absolutely gorgeous! Moist chicken with the perfect amount of sauce on top of a thin-crust dough. FAULTLESS! Coffee was really great as well. Looking forward to trying more of their food.
