Would steer far away from Dr Ghosh - very condescending and biased doctor who I felt was very rude when explaining my condition, and his responses aren’t at all empathetic.

Dr Jason Lau and Dr Tian Khoo are always friendly, thoughtful, and take time to listen. I can not speak more highly of them as they don't treat you like a number. It's one place where the doctors genuinely care about patients. Nurse Sonia is so understanding and efficient. Staff Julie, Elena & Subha are very friendly, helpful, and professional! I've been going to this clinic for 8 years, and I can not recommend it enough. Thank you very much, everyone, for your service!

But Pathology is Horrible. Extreamly long waiting time.

I was fasting and there was only two patients in front of me. I waited for 1 hour for my turn but all vain.

Finally I had to go to another Pathology.

Never go to this medical centre, it is a waste of time. I would have given 0 stars if that was possible, made me wait more than half an hour. Advices me in start will come Medicare benefits straight away after you do full payment and later she said you have to do your own to claim benefits.

I called here today for the first time after attending another local clinic who were unable to take any patients for the day. I was quickly greeted by a polite receptionist on the phone and was able to see a doctor as a new patient an hour later. I was very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the doctors here. It was a busy practice but the wait time was acceptable. The consult was very thorough and the doctor was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely attend this clinic from now on. The clinic is very accessible from the main road and the car parking is designed cleverly.

Pathetic service, won't entertain patient even if they need to see the doctor. Would have given them 0 star.

Dr Siraj is very rude and useless doctor. If we need to do two tests He will give one and ask you to book second appointment for second referel to claim double money from Medicare. Not recommended.

Dr Reuben ganasan! I cannot recommend him enough! Very fortunate to have found somebody like you! A dr who actually CARES. He is a very good dr who goes out of his way to care for his patients, get to the bottom of problems and very knowledgeable.

I have booked a booster vaccine appointment a week ago from HotDoc app. On the appointment day after entering the clinic they said they won’t do any vaccine for me just because I don’t have MEDICARE card. I have turn back and book in other place

This is a good centre but Mohammed Quasi doctor I don’t recommend, he’s a very rude doctor. He pretends like he wanted to help you but he’s very very rude

Friendly and attentive receptionist and nurse. An efficient place to get the covid vaccine done.

Doctors are good. However, terrible service. They will ask you to wait outside regardless of weather is cold or rainy.

Had Covid 19 1st dose from this place. The nurse created hematoma by injecting the vaccine to the wrong place. Had to go though Ultra sound scan and CT scan and so many hassels. After 3 months even having severe pain when moving that hand. Please be careful about this place if you are going to have the vaccine.

Booked for COVID vaccine and they were going to give me flue shot. Both receptionist were on lunch and I had to wait half an hour for their return so the nurse can give me the wrong vaccine. Very unorganised and unprofessional. I would never go back

Had a online booking for 5pm last night ended up waiting until 6.30pm. I kept asking receptionist when the doctor will see me, she kept saying soon soon but I almost waited 2 hours. People came in after me and went in before me or they wouldn’t even wait 5 minutes and went right in. Only giving 3 stars because the doctor I had was really nice and I felt really comfortable but they need to improve their reception service.

Sayers Road Medical Clinic is my long term family GP clinic and a very trusted practice for me. As a young father, I am a very grateful for the care and consideration the team have provided me and my family, and even though I don't live very close, I would not ever change clinics. The staff are always friendly and caring and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a long term medical clinic.

Long waits despite booking a time and coming here on time. Sick of GPs overbooking and wasting people's time.

Rude lady at the reception had all the time to argue but wouldn't print a single print out. Was asking me to come tomorrow for it. She seemed Racist to me.

Doctors are dedicated. Especially the nurse explained it very clearly. Children love to come here to get vaccinated.
