New young bloke is really struggling to keep the fridge stocked. Cans out the back but not in the fridge make me turn around and walk out.

Some staff are amazing, some staff are as useless as a bucket of hammers.
How hard is it to keep stock!

Eftpos machine NOT working. Waste of time

For some reason they stopped stocking meat pies and only have the pasties and fake meat sausage rolls and they dont even have tomato sauce, even when asked.

The fuel pump is slow especially if you have a preset amount to fill. The brickwork on the building is pleasing to the eye. There are plenty of parking spots and the concrete is kept clean.

I drink 7/11 coffee everyday all over Melb as my work driving around. Normally 7/11 flat white (I drink), coffee come out first then milk. This store, coffee &milk come out same time (mean weak coffee). And then milk all the way below half cm of cup. Coffee here is so weak. I will not use again. Need to report to head office.

You know when you're young and live in a large punk flat or share house. You get carried away, one thing leads to another and in a booze fueled session you smash up the kitchen. The next day, you wake up with the dry horrors but cant find an unsmashed cup or mug to drink water from. So you find an old baked bean tin can on the floor and rinse it out and drink water from that. You rinse it out several times but you can't shake that odd tinny bean taste.
. The black coffee from 7/11 tastes a bit like this. It is just a bit off, but the price is right, so you drink it daily anyway.

This man named Udev was so rude I asked him for help with using the money gram and refused to help I told him that was rude and he said get out of my shop if you don’t like it. Reported to head office it’s a shame as this was my go to 7/11 will not be returning here again.

I have mentioned to them on a number of occasions that the coffee machine is not filling up the cup but they won't do anything about it.
First I realised that we were being scammed with cappuccinos because it's mostly soapy froth. So lately I've been making flat whites. That's when I realised that the machines are set up to not give a full cup. Today I tried something. I selected the largest size ($3) and used a medium sized ($2) cup. I was expecting to have to tap the STOP button so as to not over fill the cup but it stopped a few millimeters from the top on its own! Scam exposed! So if you want a "strong" coffee, select the largest size but use a medium cup and be ready to manually stop the machine. But not at this store.

Normally okay, but the last couple of times I’ve pulled in, their pumps haven’t been working. Yet both times the price board was still lit up, as though nothing was wrong! Quite annoying to see the price board lit up, only to get out of the car and find there’s no petrol!

Selling packs of 10 masks for $19.99! Absolutely disgusting! When I asked the person behind the counter why the mask were SO expensive.they replied, "Yeahhh, I don't know why they are doing that". Robbers!

Can you guys start to stock Dr. Pepper? Not sure if you can do this as part of the 7-11 franchise or not, but it always sells out at the nearby shop. It sells, so please stock it.

Pathetic service at night. The last time I went to get petrol late at night they couldn't serve me because apparently the sliding front doors "wouldn't open".
Just now (12.30am) they couldn't give me change for a hundred dollar note unless I spent more than $50 because "it's nighttime".

What is the point of being open as a 24 hour convenience store if you don't have any change to give customers at night?

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Every time I visit this place, I have no complaints.
They have started taking pre-pays for fuel after 10: 00pm, which I feel is fair from employees’ security perspective, etc.

Attended the store and before entering I noticed the garbage skip was overflowing with milk bottles. Some lay on the ground and the skips are an eye sore and detract from the appearance of the site. The front of store garbage bins were overflowing and rubbish was on the ground. I hate to think when the site was last painted or cleaned. The external CCTV cameras have cobwebs and are covered in dust. The windows are dirty. The gardens are poorly maintained. In the store, the site is well lit and has a great range of products. The water section needs to be refilled more often. When I buy 1.5 litre bottles of water I want them to be cold. Mostly the Mount Franklin water is room temperature, which indicates that shelves are not adequately stocked. I enjoy the in store coffee. Regrettably the two coffee machines have milk sprayed over the trays, the trays need emptying and the benches cleaned more often. I observed one staff member wipe the coffee bench then wipe the floor with the same cloth. I have lower back pain. The position of the machines are pushed to the wall, which means I need to lean forward to make the coffee. If the machines were moved forward to the customer they would be more ergonomic for customers who have spine or back pains. Great location, excellent size and realestate but lacking care and attention.

This place is totally changed cause of new owner. They did so excellent customer service and respect, nice place and recommend to all.

Every time I come here they give me an unnecessary amount of change in coins. Surely the register isn’t that empty all the time!

Making customers wait excessive amounts of time before fuel bowsers are turned on, massive inconvience, rude and arrogant

Whole place seems dodgy - need to pre pay for petrol, but no signage about this. Attendant unwilling to give a receipt! Pump sounded like it had stopped flowing about $3 before the amount i had paid for.

The experience is 50/50 each time. I visit this seven 11 often because I live down the street from it, most of the guys that work there are friendly & great customer service. The (presumed) owner on the other hand, is the complete opposite. Older man, with glasses. Rude, doesn't even look at you, basically chucked things over the counter to me on multiple occasions. It's a shame it lets the entire place down.
