Very helpful staff most of time I've visited the store.it's a beautiful location for a pit stop.

Great local servo. Staff and owner are all great friendly blokes, often have good chats when I drop by.

With a range of sandwiches in the fridge priced from $6 to $7.50 it scans at the register for $8.50.
Cashier's explanation, oh this is a new product and it's more expensive. It would be good to at least change the price so that we are not misslead.
Not very pleasant in their behaviour either.

It's been 3 times in a row that I've bought a pie and it's always luke warm? Won't be buying from there again.

The guy working was very rude as I told him the coffee machine wasn't filling up to the top and only half of the cup. He said "just fill it up with milk" I told him no, just run a maintenance on it and it should fix it which he didn't want to and hasn't in a while it seems like it. Asked for $10 notes change from $20 which he said he there wasn't any $10 but I saw the person before me pay cash with $10 notes in the payment. Unprofessional and rude.

Your staff need to learn customer service. The man who was working night shift 3/5/22 is definitely a rude person and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. Didn't say a word at all.

The fat indian guy working is so rude head office should see to his behaviour he should not be working there he don’t deserve such a bad service and he also disrespect the customer is this what we deserve please people report to this guy! He don’t know how to treat his customers

Disgusted by service of indian guy went buy some food i stayed deceide what i can buy he say hurry up 20 min past he has job to do very uncomortable i felt i have told what are you trowing customer out and rude way he say he has job to do he was polite i dont think that is polite tell people to go he can show me on camera how long i stayed never seen in my life this service no in australia not nowere while i was paying he seem to talk on headphones on his language so i cant understand anyway i paid looked him told il speak to manager he say speak with him i left i think he continued talk how 7 eleven gives job to these guy when he has no respect no decency and no manners no profesional if he dont like this job give simebody else who will.respect to have one to earn bread digusting behaviour

My friend accidentally spilled iced coffee from an intact cup. The customer service guy is very rude and disrespectful also charged extra even though we are regular customers. Highly disappointed never expected such disgusting behaviour.

Always stop here for a coffee and some icecream for the kids. And we're always greeted with a happy smile.

Night staffs are friendly and nice but the morning guy is rude and not friendly at all. Not recommend during the day time.

Today was the free 300ml remedy switchel tropical but surprisingly they have every flavour except for this one and when asked for they said you should have come in the morning to avail It but I also came in the morning, such pathethic customer service and app, if you guys don't want to give this for free then why you put these ones for free on app?

Id give no stars if i could because on 3 separate occasions with 3 different workers, i was short-changed. Once for $1, once for $2 and the last time for $4. This has also happened to my girlfriend so we dont go there anymore. If u choose to use this 7/11 store, then dont forget to check ur change against your recipt.

Not a a bad place space between pumps is a bit narrow. Very good prices for fuel compared to Shell Coles Express
