7-Eleven Wantirna South reviews
14Literally the oldest petroleum pumps in Melbourne! Kept spluttering and dribbling petrol everywhere even when I didn’t hold down the button. You need new pumps!
The team are great however it is absolutely appalling how many times I turn up to put petrol and their pumps don’t work.
Please fix asap.
Definitely the worst ever worst 7-Eleven I have visited. The cashier was not professional. Very poor customer service from the cashier. Most of the fuel pumps were not working, wasted so much time. THE WORST WORST WORST 7-ELEVEN.
Convenience store with convenience store prices. The lady working there on the day was friendly and greeted us, which can be rare for some of these stores.
The cashier here is the rudest I have ever encountered.
I refill a slurpee after refuelling with a slurpee
bottle I bought before.
The cashier just charged me $8 without asking any questions.
Thanks to my checked invoice
and told her I was only refill this time.
The lady was completely unapologetic
And complaining that I didn't tear off the barcode on it.
We hope that you will double check your invoice after spending here.
Don't know why, but this is the only 7-Eleven that hides the hot chockee and sweetner behind the counter and it is an inconvenience to always ask if they have any. If the teller is busy you have to wait while they serve other people. Very poor service from the management of this service station.
If you're lucky enough to be served by one of the owners of this establishment, remember to fight for your free coffee. They consistently avoid trying to give out free promotional items by using all sorts of excuses.
Latest was that the free coffee with fuel purchases is only meant for customers without the 7-11 app. If you are a 7-11 app user, one doesn't receive the free coffee! Go figure.
I'll take my business to the next 7-11:)
Me and my friend went to 7 Eleven and we bought 2 Xbox gift cards, and we payed for it and they didn't even activate them!
It would be good if their Myki machine was working. It has been out of action for at least 4 weeks. You'd think they would have it fixed by now!
It is a very bad experience at this 7-11, the guy said himself is a manager, no respect to customer, with racial discrimination!
Have you ever smelt like diesel for days before?
I went here to fill up my parents’ car, having never filled up a diesel car before. I had to leave my credit card at the counter before I filled up as their security measure, and had specifically told the cashier that I was using the diesel pump.
Upon trying to use the pump, I got diesel all over myself as it as a high flow pump. No warning signs anywhere. Now, I don’t exactly look like someone that drives a truck, so quite disappointed that the cashier didn’t warn me beforehand. Terrible customer service.
Getting my card back, I told her what happened, and without showing any sympathy, she charged me for the 46c of diesel I got all over myself.
It’s not very fun smelling like diesel for days - my clothes, hair, wallet, phone.
Let’s just say I won’t be going there again.
This 7 eleven is one of the cleanest, with friendly staff. I go out of my way to stop here every morning.rather than stopping at 7 eleven near Knox city as the staff are quiet rude and the facilities are not clean.
Although Myki cards can be charged here, the staff always make a big fuss about charging the cards. Better to do it elsewhere!
I know its my bad for not checking the price, but I started filling up. Then noticed the price $1.56ltr for Diesel. I checked the online prices, and the average price on melbourne for today is $1.11, the lowest was $1.06 with their highest at $1.18. So why is this station charging $1.56? I should have checked the price but neebless to say, I will NEVER EVER stop here again and I will tell all my freinds and family like wise. Rip offs!
