Hello everyone, just add on to the salt here in this 711. Staffs is extremely not flexible and every excuse they can co.e out with. Staff that service me Nav.thanks Nav, not coming back again.
They made me pay 2 times didn’t let me leave the store till I paied again, rude workers and I got no apology when having to go back to the store to get my money back in cash. Dehumanising experience
Don't know about other stuff, but they are one of the few stations that change their price later than everyone else.fueled up once.
Worst staff ever seen! They not even allowed me to use microwave and said only if u buy food from here! They don’t have courtesy to help any driver. Please put a label on the microwave next time that only use if you buy food from here
To the delivery drivers on the road don't fill up there. They don't allow drivers to use microwave to heat lunch and don't have any toilet facilities.
There’re two guys servicing around 12AM, and they’re broadcasting and ask you go inside to tell them how much you’re gonna fuel and leave your cellphone as well before you fuel. That’s ridiculous!
More, we locked in the lower fuel price and they cheated, they said they already scanned the barcode.
But they didn’t, they denied to check again neither gave us the discount.

Picked up 3 coffees machines worked well and staff friendly no problems parking just a little bit difficult to get there traveling east on Canterbury road
The coffee machine working inside but the guy working with beard and moustache said no coffeee available. Extremely rude. I would like to report that guy don’t have ethics how to serve customer.
I bought sandwiches from this shop on Wed morning, the Indian lady staff told me no cash available and was very rude, Can't believe it happened in Vermont! So disappointed!

Just got some stuff and coffees. The Indian lady at the counter was so rude that she didn't bother answering my questions and kept shaking her head. I felt so embarrassed as there were other people watching me. You need to learn some manners and if you are so unhappy about your job, perhaps find a new job. I am an Indian too and that's not how I treat my customers.
Service was good, parking was a problem as jt was busy but they were efficient in helping people.

I been there twice and never gonna go there again.
That 1 star is for the coffee machine only. The staff- to be specific the Indian woman whose not in uniform but behind the counter was extremely rude to me. I picked up an ice coffee (basically ice) from the freezer, helped myself to the coffee machine to make the ice coffee without noticing the cup had a slit on the cup. The coffee kept leaking through the slit so I told her about this and asked if I could get another one obviously this was a faulty product. She refused but instead gave me a paper cup which is WAY SMALLER than the coffee cup to hold it so the spilled coffee can spilled into the cup and I can drink it from there! When I looked at her with the cup she gave me, she very rudely told me “listen to me, just use that”! I very reluctantly paid my $2 coffee which I had to throw away as it’s been leaking and there’s no way I can drink it. I will never come back again for anything not even petrol. Stay away from this shop.
Coffee has empty chock powder, "it was empty for last 2 days already", another customer said. Food charged me wrong amount. Not clean! All these let me suspect, if the coffee machine has been cleaned on daily basis.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I'd like to make a complaint about 2 staff members behaviour at 7-11 Mitcham this morning. A man and a woman working at 9: 45 tried to double charge me for my petrol and wouldn't let me leave despite showing the transaction on my end. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to restart their system which made me late. No apology and refused to give their names so i could give them to corporate in my complaint. Terrible attitude despite being in the wrong and insisting I had to pay again.
7 eleven in Vermont has the friendliest staff who invest time with people they always make sure you know what's on with weekly deals and have quality petrol. I recommend their customs

I bought coffee here almost ever morning while in Australia. The coffee was tasty and the staff was friendly.
Staff needs proper customer service training. I have come across an Indian lady whose very rude. I filled up petrol and went to pay. She was on the phone talking to someone and didn't even greeted or apologised. After waiting couple of minutes I asked if I can pay, she very rudely tells me to wait until she finishes the call. Extremely unprofessional.
