10Had one pack of cough lollies left which was stuck to the box and damaged. Offered him 1/2 price because it was damaged. He was very rude and told me "no", so I asked, " him why try and sell damaged products and rip customers off why not just take it off the shelf".
Disgusting place! Inappropriate cleaning! Before was good customer service but now horrific! Change management please!
Good little store, not too bad inside, kept generally clean, polite and friendly staff fuel prices about the same as everywhere else. Only bad point would be the car park and bowser area is a bit small and cramped, when it gets busy can be difficult to move around, get in/out the place.
Nice staff pity a non considerate covid infected person visited the store recently.and went next door people who had been infected should sue them also staff should be compensated by unmasked covid9 infected prey every feel fine with little health issues as possible

Great customer service. NOT! Attendant was too busy talking into his ear piece the whole time. Absolutely rude and will not be coming back here again.
Never heard that slurpee machines are under cleaning. Pls ask employees to treat customers with positive attitude.
I went in there yesterday to purchase a coffee and some lunch. I only had my phone to pay with. However, when I went to pay I noticed my battery was too low and as a result would not allow me to use paywave. I was disheartened obviously. Nonetheless, the guy behind the counter saw this and let me take the coffee with me regardless. Very very nice people and kind hearted.
I had been there a few times. No worries, staff are friendly and helpful but this time I had a bitter experience. MANISH is rude and f-ing grumpy. Staff like him bring a bad reputation to a workplace. 7eleven please train your staff about good customer service with patience. Please also explain that staff should not grab things from customers hands. Would have given 0 stars but couldn't.
