Clean and welcoming. Friendly staff, coffee was as good as it gets when not made by a barista (drinkable and OK), with skinny available. Offers batteries, snacks, drinks and lunch. Vegetarian and vegan friendly. Always a good deal on the app, too.

I had one of the slushies and made me hit my wife so hard because of the refreshment of the slushies 10/10 would have again. I suggest all of the options in the store.

Today, we went to 7-eleven, the behaviour of staff member Named 'SIVA', he was very rude and arrogant with us and he said that he don't have any responsibility and manager is responsible for everything.
When we said to staff member you should be polite with your customer and he said go away.

The owners are great people! I dont know their names but the dad, brother and Sister are good people. There are couple of indian gentlemen in there that are really really bad at customer service! Today i bought a 24 pack of water and got charged double. And while asking for a return “srikanth” got angry at me and was very rude. Please guys watch it when you pay via card when “srikanth” is around. Very hard to get change from him and now his charged me twice. This is giving that place a very bad name coz of some few bad apples.its not about the money, its about how you handle customers and how you make them come back to you Im a senior manager for Jetstar and i do have direct contact with the 7/11 chain. I will be pitching a customer service training for cashies like “srikanth”. Hopefully it reaches Russell withers’ ears. Once the again the owners are really good people.

Another example of terrible customer service. Do you really need to wear a Bluetooth headset and having a conversation with somebody else while serving customers or is this just an Indian belief. I work in customer service as a manager and I would be disappointed to see one of my staff doing the same thing. You work in a petrol station is it that important to be on the phone?

The owner, John, and his dad and sister, are all lovely people who do a great job of running this store. I only have one complaint, but it's a tiny one: there's no chocolate powder available to put on a cappuccino, as is the case in other 7-Eleven stores. Apart from that, it's a great business.

Use to be great 20 years ago and has slowly declined in quality and service over the years. Dirty store and unfriendly staff members that struggle to speak English.
If you need petrol, make sure you go before 8pm, otherwise its 'prepaid'.
