7-Eleven Sunshine

It's the second time that I fill up my tank (as I wasn't sure at my first visit) at this 7eleven, and it's not completely full.
That's Dodgy I will never go there again.

It, s so bad today at 10: 00pm customer servise is verriy bad i use fuel his to leat on and coffe free for me cost $2 dolar and 2 bread $6.50 i did pay $7.50

Stop saying prepay during nights, at least have a sign near pumps like others do. Customers don't have to stand near pumps for 5-10 min and then come in store, handover ID (Personal) then go back to fill up tank.

It’s thief company I have bought e10 petrol today and the price shows on the advertise board is $160.9 but inside/cashier is $168.9

It's a terrible service. Most attitude staff (male) in the morning. He never say Hi & hello

This could be the worst 7/11 store in entire Australia. This store will always run out fuel every time.

This 5 star is just for a girl by name Shruthi who works here. She is friendly and always helpful. Other staff won't even greet or smile.

We like to have a cuppa coffee here after work.

Their payment system is not working with the Fuel Lock and the guy working there doesn’t bother explaining why but asked me to pay their price. Worst customer service ever!

Alert Alert Alert Alert This Seven Eleven is a big scammer. I was overcharged twice by this store. After reading reviews of this store, I found that there are many people like me overcharged for items they bought from this store. We need to expose their scam which they do with people everyday. Firstly, I am going to make their complaint to 7-Eleven franchise then I will expose their scam by spy camera. Shame on you Bedi.

The console staff was very rude we were waiting to use the coffee machine told us to take coffee from the other machine or go outside and argue what to do. It was very unprofessional and rude he needs good training and some morals to behave in a community. He was very rude and disgusting. Just standing inside a store is unacceptable? I don’t know I hope the manager takes note of such incident please check the footage. Date-16/5/2021 Time somewhere around 11.30pm-12.00am I was wearing brown hoodie.

Apart from the overpriced items, i find the staffs are pretty friendly (especially the girls) and the $1 dollar coffee is a hit

Systems always seem to be down but I think it’s more that the guy on early mornings can’t be bother serving. Same guy several times and supposedly the same issue every time.

When systems are working you can’t even get a decent slurpy since it’s usually not frozen at which point your better buying a soft drink like coke or Pepsi even if they are overpriced

Was charged full price for the so called sandwich deal [which says 1/2 price for sandwich/pie and drink]. When I rang the store, the person who answered was abrupt and said only the sandwiches were 1/2 price and hung up.very poor customer service. Checked with another 7 eleven and found that the deal was for the sandwich/pie etc +drink for 1/2 price. I paid $25.00 for 5 sandwiches and no drink.would never do business here again. Thoroughly disappointing.

This 7/11 has the worse customer service out of all I've been to. Received way better service at the moonee ponds location.

Good variety mad about milk solids in the veggie pastor and no dairy free ben and jerry's yet but slurpee machine is always working!

Disappointed with lack of freash tuna sandwiches, cannot believe the staff asked me to leave. I was only using the slushy machine as told.

Bad service, took one extra cup with my coffee because it was too hot to hold and he refused to let me have it!
