How you gonna charge 6 bucks for a 1.25 litre barely cold coke? I'd be ashamed. SHAME!

A male clerk wearing glasses is not serious about his work. I greeted him when I went to pay. He ignored me, but kept sending text messages. It took a long time to answer me.

The indian guys who work in the night time are a real mess to deal with, they make you stand outside in cold/rain and make us wait for almost 10-15 min everytime pls do something about it

Here, I am sharing my recent experience on Saturday night 12: 05 am (Feb 04,2023).

Me: I was waiting few minutes at night counter. I was calling staff.

Staff: He answered through night window.

Me: I asked him 2 coke (No sugar cans)

Staff: He brought me two 1.25 litres bottles instead of cans.

Me: I asked him two cans.

Staff: Go away, I won't serve you straightaway.
1: He is angry
2: He don't have patience while serving customers.
3: He is speaking indian language (Telugu) with other customers instead of English.
4: He is on call with someone while serving customers. Using ear pods.
5: He is straightly saying that you can complain to anyone or Manager. This shows how he got backup with Manager.

Worst seven eleven ever because of one guy who gave me the wrong product and was arguing when I said to him to check the recording. Japanese or Korean staff are best for the seven eleven store most of them are well civilized and mannered unlike the Indian guy. And I am from Nepal.

When i went there in morning, store was really dirty and the guy at counter was on the phone and didnot even greet. I have taken a gas swap of 8.5 kg and he didnot say anything and threw the key at me. When I talk about the cleaning, it was so bad, an inspection should be done at this store a regular basis.

I love coffee & sandwiches at seven eleven and I always buy when I get a chance but I had very bad experience of customer service in this 7/11 store. Girl has no sense to talk with customers. Very bad customer service.

Makes u wait in line for everything. Either close it at night or open the doors. Don't make your customers wait in line for 1 coffee

7 eleven is a great Australian industry. The petrol prices are always competitive. They stock all sorts of items, including products for your car, groceries, ice. You can even swap your gas bottle (empty) for a full one. Staff are always friendly and courteous.

Clean and so fresh. I thought it’s a new store in the area. Appreciate the management for its beauty.

The guy who runs this place is an absolute legend and is the reason i come here daily for my coffee.he is always friendly and up for a chat

I have been going to this 7- Eleven for a couple of years on a daily basis, it was clean, always had hot food & the guys were very good at maintaining the place, its since gone under new management & is disgusting no hot food & really dirty especially the coffee area alot of my work crew are now going else where & i strongly suggest you do to.

Clean store, coffee is always filled, fresh and tasty! Staff are very hard working friendly especially Sankeet, who is always welcoming customers with a big smile! Keep up the good work!

Manager and staff are always polite happy and helpful creating a community friendly environment for all. Store ranges all your needs from coffee sandwiches crispy cremes and many other delights. Always brightens my day to stop here in the morning

I don't do reviews but what can I say about this 7/11, as I as a uber drive goes to so many 7/11 store, but this store is exceptionally clean and always have good halal n veggie options and customer service is the best,
