The man on shift at night time with Hardly any hair leather jacket and a moustache has serious anger issues I tried to talk with him about swapping 5 ×$2 coins for a $10 note and he looked like he was about to lose it he just smiled but it was an evil smile like he was trying really hard not to get angry because his face was all red needs psychological help and also I've noticed he's really rude to the poor young girl sitting with her dog outside its lovEly that you guys let her sit there to get her and her dog some food and money but this guy is unnecessarily mean! There's no need for it!
I'm sure he's a great worker and everything but he needs to learn how to treat people and keep his cool about things.

Guy working at the front, medium, skinny Indian fellow, working from 1pm onwards on 19/05 is a useless employee. No help at all. I went to pump my petrol as many do but the pump stopped filling after around 10L. After I told him this, he said “I don’t know” and shrugged his shoulders. I wasn’t expecting him to fox the pump but was asking him wht shall I do. Such a dimwit that moron.

If I could give 0 star I would give it to customer services, in middle of the day mohsen asked me to pay before filling the gas. When I ask everyone filling gas before paying why it’s prepaid for me, he said I looks suspicious, tbh he looks Doughy to me. These kinds staff steal money from their owner behind their back and he was asking me to pay only cash. Wth…… I have wisdom

Guy sits there on his phone making you wait 5 minutes before realising you're trying to fill up. Then tried to make you prepay for fuel at 10: 30 at night.joke.

Good service but ruined by the constant bums out the front harassing customers at the doorway for money, smokes etc

Poor customer service. Very rude old guy at the counter. Typical middle eastern racism executed by the elder guy at the counter. Do this somewhere, not here in Springvale. This is an equalitarian society.

The guy working at the store doesn’t understand the value of customers and do not prioritise them we waited there over for about 15 mins but didn’t gave us servies. Also he was wearing airpods and didn’t gave response at first and kept on saying the delivery is huge might take time wait

Wondering if 7 11 considering adding plant based milk for coffee? Since there are vegan food is now available.so many vegans out here can’t wait to have coffee with plant based milk!

The guy working in the store was really rude and he denied the service. If he was not able to serve me he should mention that politely. He was so arrogant. Please check the camera for proof.

But he wouldnt let me prepay using my credit card? Said it wouldn't work and i cant prepay using a credit card. Teach your staff how to do a basic transaction.

Had a very bad experience at this store with an Old man, who was working at this store on Thursday evening 27th June at 7: 24pm. I went there for coffee and I decided to fill up the fuel at this petrol station. The original amount was
For fuel $27.46 + $3 for coffee = $30.46.
Employee charged me $33. I didn't realise that time and I paid $33 by card. When I went back to my car I had a look at the meter and amount was $27.46. He came over and told me I haven't paid for fuel. I said, "what*** I just paid you $33 by card and you actually charged ME extra money".
He was asking me to show the receipt which I did not have because I don't usually take one but he also did not offer it to me. Luckily I paid by card and showed him my bank statement and transaction. But this guy was accusing me that I filled up the fuel of $44 and that I hadn't paid. I said to him "that's not my car. You're charging me the wrong amount. You owe me $2.55". He then printed out the receipt, checked it and gave me back $2.55. He didn't even apologise for his mistake. Won't be going back to this store.

Very very very poor customer service I was really very thirsty and need of water and he just keep me waiting outside because he want to check stocks and temp of air condition while all the way coming to night counter and zero manner guy he just grown old but still kid in manners. Visited time 3: 43am on 3feb2019

Often stop for coffee there. The counter staff are really friendly and the coffee machine is well stocked and clean. The 7-11 brand manager would be happy I'm sure!
