Got shouted at by the cashier for getting a second cup.the coffee machine broke and over poured the coffee.i had to pay for the cups and had to take 5 minutes of shouting at.never shop here, your better of walking down the street to another one.

Asked for spinach ricotta roll, sales person ram said dint have it maybe inside he may b having it. As far as my understanding goes that needs to be cooked and given. It was just reheated and passed on as cooked. When i came home and checked it completely uncooked. I called immediately as it is so dodgy. He have audacity to say that my husband said to give it. Ofcourse he said to give it cooked not just heated. Be careful as you cannot trust this place. Salesperson must not be continued as he is rude and dodgy. Please check 7 eleven owners as this may pose health issue if employees of yours will just give uncooked just heated for 2 minutes food.

Late night toilet paper run and teenagers at home hungry for an ice cream I needed to use teller machine and the man won’t let me in! First time this has happened to me at this store I’ve been walking the dog here after work (2am) for 3 years.

It’s a basic 7-11 all you should expect and not much more as it’s a small shop. Staff are often friendly. Settle in for a wait though as this location is very popular with locals.

Have just come from said service station and well the service leaves a lot to be desired, it was like I had really put the bloke out wanting fuel and smokes of which he gave me the wrong sort.was spoken too like I was not welcome and had committed an offense by just being there!

Pump pre set doesn't work properly I pressed $20.00 on pump it it stopped at $20.25 I didn't realize I got a coffee and the guy was busy so I put money on counter and was l8 4 work waited at door till he came out told him money on counter he said not enough I said huh he said petrol was $20.25 I said I pressed pre set it must be faulty he called me a liar pump is still faulty I'll never go back again rude #$%@

Racially profiled and asked to prepay for fuel for my $200k BMW yet a white security officer was allowed to pay and go. Naturally I left and said I would take my business elsewhere. Interesting behaviour considering the guy serving is Indian and could barely speak English properly!

Morning staff name staring with alphabet “V “ is very rude, i went to fuel my car, he looked me from inside and instead to turn fuel button on which was on his desk, he literally ignored me, i buzzed my car for 4 times, but he ignored, then I waved my hand and moved near outside window and knocked it for couple of times but still he ignored, then i was about to leave but he saw other cars are coming so he quickly came to his desk turned fuel buttons on, when I asked him reason, instead of a good sorry, he gave me literally bad arguments like he is working there for many years, and he was busy and can’t hear my car horn even, he told me to get out from store,
I was only expecting a good sorry, instead of this typical bad attitude, instead of giving priority to customer he focused on his ego,
I have also seen same sort of other reviews & complaints for this store

When i first walked in and said hello the staff member seemed pretty friendly, until he tried to sell me some whack bag of chips and i declined he become rude, and literally went to THROW my change on the bench until i put my hand out which he still threw into. Plus the donut was sooo stale its like it was there for a week. The only good thing about this place is that there is 3 exits so i can get the heck out of there.

Expensive, but always open. In case you have a night Jelly Bean cravings, this is the place to go.
