Owner sold me out of date food and when I went back in to show him it’s passed it’s used by he told me he dosnt care and I’m making his day hard and and also he “will loose money” this guys the worst

Worst service. Asked for a bag, the staff member who wasn’t even in uniform, threw the bag at me and didn’t even put my purchase in the bag. Then went on to tell me that he doesn’t get paid enough to put my purchase in the bag and laughed. Joke of a human who needs to get a real job

It’s 11pm on a Saturday; we tried to get inside but the man shouted “the inside is closed” we told him what we wanted (ice cream) and he just stood and stared at us until we left. He didn’t even attempt to help us purchase what we were after.

We drove to the 7/11 in Gardenvale who let us inside and let us purchase whatever we wanted and asked us if we needed assistance. 2 completely different scenarios which should have been the same.

One star - terrible service. May as well close the shop when you’re not willing to let people make purchases.

Rudest man working at the counter. All hot food was stale. Watched the guy microwave a bunch of the hot foods together then just throw it into shelf barely cooked for people to eat. Then tried to charge 50 cents per sauce lol. One of the grossest 7/11s in Melbourne. Go to Shell up the road.

Very friendly Customer Service, Clean and as usual a great 7-11 coffee. Good to see good service with a smile and clean store.

My partner and I went into this 711 twice late in the day (9th and 12th of January 2021) and the two different young male servers were outstandingly friendly and good natured. We always left saying that we wished we could be friends with them. I just wanted to write a good review to let them know we appreciate them!

Absolutely huge 6 slurps barrels! There is no excuse to not get what you want. Has a rare (small) non ice cream freezer, every bottled drink 7-11 stock too. If caught short short visit here as there is a real grocery section! Rough area so expect to be locked out overnight.

Great service from the employee working at the register 22 July (10 Am). 5 stars from me and I recommend the brand!

Tried to get into the store, got yelled at over the speaker wouldn’t let us in, only one at a time. When one of us got in would’nt let her out. Happened 12: 15 June 5 2019. He was very rude and angry. NEVER coming again!

Me and a four girls in pjs tried to go into the store at about 12am one night and the employee with glasses and short hair screamed at us over the speakers that only one was allowed at a time, he then yelled at us to take our hoods off, then when one of us went in he locked her in and wouldn’t let her out. He was extremely rude, the service was disgusting and he lost the store business as we all intended to buy pasties: (

Employee refused to allow entry to young girls who drove there, yelled at us from speakers to STAND BACK from the door. Then locked our female friend in the store alone for no reason. Working 12 15 on wednesday June 5 2019.we were all in pyjamas just wanted a snack, rude as: (

I have a coupon for coke bottle, but the member said it's valid from today midnight. So I paid for the coke and came out. Soon after i checked my 7 eleven app, and I could not find the coupon in my app.as it is redeemed.
