7-Eleven Rowville reviews
14Store could be neatly maintained especially near coffee machines and customer service has to be improved. The young guy behind the counter has aggressive attitude all times, no response when greeted.
They deserve the lowest grade, if there is less than one I think deserves. I'm not sure how they don't have the right customer service approach. Stay away from them if you want to have a good day.
Very good place it's clean and full of great products can be a bit expensive but I believe all places are getting more expensive
Unable to use the 7-eleven app for fuel. No signs or anything on site to tell people about it at all. Only after filling up the car, then they tell you at the counter that they can’t scan the app. Very disappointing.
Highly recommend going to either the Endeavour hills or Mulgrave 7-Eleven instead. According to the other reviews posts - The company that runs this 7-Eleven is very dishonest and incompetent.
This 7-eleven also would not honor the app locked in fuel price with a full tank costing an extra $6-8. I will never be using the 7-Eleven in the future
I would rather drive further than come to this 7-eleven ever again.
I am a very popular slurpee buyer slurpees are my favourite part of visiting 7/11 with my dad wonderful memories have been made.
Bad fuel at this fuel station. Car was damaged due contaminated fuel. Do not trust this fuel site for clean fuel. Operators didn't want to know about it.
Recently had a bad batch of fuel from this particular service station, a tank of fuel ended up costing me over $1,000 in damages. I was denied reimbursement. No accountability or customer care to be seen. Would not recommend.
First time getting fuel from this service station. I went to pay for the petrol and man on duty was too busy speaking on his phone, no acknowledgement and even when he served me he couldn't stop his phone conversation not a good way to run a business. I will take my business elsewhere in future
This is a very good petrol station. Every time I go there the service is great although sometimes I think the petrol is slightly overpriced but overall I think this petrol station is doing very good. Keep going!
Always don't have much hot food on, and sometimes none. I have got on too customer care about this matter and they didn't care either. This has happened far too many times to mention and it is very disappointing when you are hungry.
Usually can’t fault this place but tonight the guy behind the counter had 5 members of his family arrive and just stay in the store. No consideration of the social distancing. I told him to ask them to leave and he thought it was funny. This is exactly why the government had to lock us down. Fools who have no clue and no respect. I had to walk out and wait as they were all hanging around the counter! Disgusting behaviour. You should be ashamed!
Good 7/11. Nothing better than a cheap slurpee on a hot day. This place inside is always spotlessly clean.
Poor service,
The man always there (seems to be owner) tries to overcharge the customers and by saying " sorry " it was from the last customer's scanned item.
Happened with me 2 times.
Totally idiot.
