7-Eleven Pascoe Vale

On the night of 27th Feb 2024 around 10: 50pm I came to this store to get fuel for my vehicle. The pump will not operate for over a minute and when I walked to pay at store the automatic door was closed and after a while I knocked on the door and an arrogant Indian background worker opened the door telling me why am I in a rush in an arrogant way. I told him to be more respectful and rather then apologising he told me that I should be respecting him instead. I've paid for the fuel and asked for receipt, Rather handing it nicely he threw it on my face. Then he remotely locked the door on me then opened it after a while. This happened while other customers were waiting in queue to be served. This is a good example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wont be coming to this store anymore.

The young guy with long hair is really friendly and professional - he deserves a raise!

Otherwise this is an average 7 eleven store.

This is a quiet petrol station. It has a large parking area around the back although it is unlit. The concrete is kept clean and the garden well kept. The staff are friendly.

One out of three coffee machines working. For over a month! Don’t waste your time trying to get a coffee.

This store refuses to provide chocolate power for top of cappuccino, because it’s too messy. What’s a cappuccino with no chocolate powder.

Staff was so rude. I was asked to pay first before fueling. At 9: 30pm 7th May. Where as other customer after me paying later or after fueling. I went inside to confront no apologies from staff. Moreover, I was aked to turn off my headlight which turn off it self after locking for few seconds. I wish there was zero star rating I could give.

Made me prepay at 9am in the morning. They even hide there chocolate powder for coffee behind the counter as they don't trust there own customers. Horrible service

I had bad experience from Srikanth who was on service when i visited 7-11 at 8: 15 pm.one of this Slurpee was not working and I asked him but he was super rude and told me don’t use it in argumentative manner in front of other customers. Managers must take this issue seriously and improve their service in order to keep their customers. Not recommended on the basis of service.

After being told on Saturday that they put the wrong Flavour in the slushie Machine for watermelon (they put grape), Mane decided to tell us we were lying, it was in fact watermelon. When I went over and pour some his story changed and he became very defensive. All I tried to suggest was putting a sign up. After having to argue with his over this for a while, We finally just walked out. MANE SHOULD NOT WORK HERE!

Fuel 20 cents more expensive than other stations with confusing labelling of fuel types. Unleaded PLUS? Unleaded Special? Sounds like a way to trick people into paying too much.

Not 24 hours. Attendant doesn't understand how swap'n'go bottle changeover works so had to go elsewhere.
